“My husband and I are Bangladeshi American and we made sure to incorporate our culture every step of the way. We traveled to Bangladesh and India before the wedding to find our wedding outfits, as well as traditional saris and kurtas for all 400 guests to wear to our pre-wedding event. It was so special to have our friends embrace our culture and participate in the traditional clothing and dance performances.”
