Explains, Dr. Kiran, Naturopathy Consultant “Individuals who cannot lose weight are up against hidden obstacles in their health — core imbalances that encourage the body to hold onto weight rather than let it go. To lose weight, there should be restoration of health and hormonal balance. If this fails either the weight will come right back after stopping diet, or it will stay no matter how much ever worked out to get rid of it. We should think of it as getting healthy from the inside out. Once the balance is

maintained losing and maintaining the weight can be a success”. To understand this, the specialists say that we need to know that almost every major system in our body relates to our metabolism and our ability to lose weight and keep it off, specifically the central nervous, endocrine, musculoskeletal, digestive, immune, and detoxification systems. Parts of our metabolic blueprint are genetically formed at the time of conception in utero, while others are highly influenced by the nutrition, emotional history, stress level, lifestyle, and environment. It involves the balance between Appetite and metabolism, hormonal balance, and the role of neurotransmitters. How to do this? • Incorporating an activity level in each one’s lifestyle…and one of the magic pills is yoga • A healthy and right diet, that is according to each individual • Therapies that promote the right metabolism and bring hormonal balance • Mental relaxation by meditation techniques and pranayama • Detoxification (Cleansing of the body)

Jewelry is not only for adornment! A genuine gold and silver ornament gives us health, wealth and a kind of status in the society. Not to mention another important factor…it helps us in times of financial crisis! An intelligent buyer should be careful before buying jewelry. Here are a few points that you may keep in mind… 1. Check for various offers and ensure that you read the fine print before taking your decision. 2. Don’t compare “Gold and Silver Jewelry” rates to electronic and house hold items, since there would be a significant difference between ’Manufacturing and MRP cost’. 3. Check for the purity of the gold rather than the making style (like KDM, Non KDM). 4. Please remember that KDM is the short form of a type of soldering alloy only, in which “Cadmium” is used. KDM is nothing to do with the purity of the gold. There is no KDM-Gold in any part of the world! It is only KDM (Cadmium) used jewelry. 5. The highest purity of Indian ornamental gold is 916 corresponding to 22 ct. (i.e. 91.6 parts of gold and remaining percentage of alloy). Alloy will be either Cupper or Silver or Both. 6. Always buy only Hallmarked 916 purity with “BIS” mark (Bureau of Indian Standards) at certified hallmark Jewelers. 7. Remember to obtain a proper bill with all details in it. P Narasinga Rao, M/s. Unstoppable 1,000,000 Tons…100,000 Lives…100 Minutes

Unstoppable is an American action film directed by Tony Scott, written by Mark Bomback, and starring Denzel Washington and Chris Pine.
Plot:
A railroad company frantically works to prevent an unmanned, half-milelong freight train carrying combustible liquids and poisonous gas from wiping out

a city. A veteran locomotive engineer (Denzel Washington) and a young train conductor (Chris Pine) chase the runaway train in a different locomotive in order to bring the runaway under control before it is too late. Eventually the two, Frank and Will, manage to hook their train to the runaway after several other attempts to stop it fail and begin the process of slowing it before it hits Stanton Curve, a very dangerous curve that will cause any train going over 15 miles an hour to derail. The unmanned train is going about 70. With Frank climbing across the freight cars and activating their hand-brakes to help and Will manning their train, using its own
brakes and engines, the two manage to slow the runaway down just enough that it barley makes the curve without derailing, losing some giant pipes it was carrying and going on a dangerous angle, but ultimately making it. With disaster averted, Frank tries to reach the cab to stop the runaway, but is prevented by too big of a gap between cars. How they save thousands of lives…forms the climax of the story!
Cast: Denzel Washington (Frank Barnes, a veteran railroad engineer) / Chris Pine (Will Colson, a young train conductor) / Ethan Suplee (Dewey, an engineer who accidentally instigates the disaster)
