Have a ‘DATE’ today…make ‘LOVE’ tomorrow…get a baby on ‘SATURDAY’?! A latest research from the London School of Economics has stated that whatever day it is, there’s always something we can do to get the most out of life — from having sex to getting a salary hike, reports ‘The Sun’ newspaper! A low-down of things you can do throughout the week:
Monday: Best for de-stressing, chilling out advises a study from British Medical Journal. It says you are 20 per cent more likely to die of a heart attack on a Monday due to the fallout from weekend alcohol bingeing and the stress of returning to work.
for Industrial and Organisational Psychology says our rational “left” brain dominates thinking early in the week and is better for routine, mundane jobs.
Wednesday: Ideal for a first date, say more than 40 per cent of 8,000 singletons polled. If it goes well you get a handy day’s breathing space before the follow-on Friday date. And if it doesn’t work out, you can arrange to see friends at the weekend and not dwell on your disaster. Also, says another survey: Bosses are most receptive to requests for pay rises on Wednesdays!
Thursday: Natural cortisol energy levels, which stimulate sex hormones, are at their peak. Some early morning loving, is recommended since, levels of the sex hormones testosterone in men and oestrogen in women are up to five times higher.
Friday: Best for quitting smoking! Stubbing out the fags on this day will help one survive the temptations of the weekend, US researchers have found. This is because the first few days are when your willpower is at its strongest.
Saturday: Best for having a baby! Saturdays are best if you want your child to be a winner shows the Office for National Statistics. Children born on this day have a better chance of becoming prime minister — of 21 PMs since 1900, six have been born on a Saturday.
Sunday: Best for eating out! Preparing a traditional Sunday roast is more stressful than going to the dentist, according to one in five people surveyed. Agencies

Sonomammography is the primary mode of imaging in young women below the age of 40 years.
Incidence of breast cancer in India is rising and is more common in urban populations. Statistics shows that one in twenty two women in India will probably have breast cancer in their lifetime. Incidence of malignancy among women in their 30’s is about 2% and the incidence of malignancy among women younger than 30 years is about 0.5%. Incidence of malignancy rises with advancing age and nulliparous (nonpregnant) status. Advances in imaging have facilitated early detection of such lesions. Sonomammography is one of the imaging modality which has been used in early detection of breast masses. Sonomammography is referred to ultrasound scanning of breast. CMYK
Sonomammography is a safe, noninvasive, radiation free method of imaging of breast which does not require any prior preparation. Scanning is performed in supine (lying) oblique position with Bmode and Colour Doppler imaging. Sonomammography is safe in pregnant ladies with breast lumps/masses and breast pain where radiation by x-ray mammography is contraindicated. Indications for breast ultrasonography: • Breast pain • Palpable lump in the region of breast or axilla.3. towards Kanakapura can be a pleasant experience passing by a few lakes and numerous hills. But a moderately high hill surrounded by dense forests which is often the choice of trekkers from the city is Bilikal Betta. It is also called Rangaswamy Betta because of the temple dedicated to the god on its top. The entire hill is covered with a thick growth of greenery, bushes and shrubs. As such it is also a haven for a variety of wild life!
Getting there:
For those willing to trek up which takes about 2-3 hours, drive on Kanakapura Road to Harohalli (40 kms) turn left and proceed to Konaldoddi (15-20 kms) via Maralawadi, where vehicles can be parked and entrusted to a villager to look after.

At 71 kms from the city it is ideal for a day trip be it for trekking or just driving! There are two approaches to this hill depending on how you want to reach its top. For the adventurous, the hill offers an enjoyable trek. If you are keen on just driving up the route is from the south west via Kanakapura is ideal! Either way, one is bound to enjoy the green vistas on all sides viewed from the top. Jackass 3D (2010) Cast: Johnny Knoxville / Bam Margera / Steve-O / Ryan Dunn / Chris Pontius www.boxofficemojo.com
Jackass 3D is a 3-D film and the third movie of the Jackass series. The movie marks the 10th anniversary of the franchise, started in 2000. The film is also being released with D-BOX motion code in select theaters.
Dalvai Chennayya Plot:
CMYK
Jackass 3D follows the same
premise as the first two movies, as well as the TV series. It is a compilation of various pranks, stunts and skits, and essentially has no plot. Some of the stunts that were featured in the movie included, tether ball being played with a beehive filled with Africanized bees, a tooth being pulled out with a Lamborghini, using super mighty glue to take off chest hair and much more. The final stunt includes Steve-O being launched in the air while inside a port-apotty (which was achieved by connecting the port-a-potty to bungee cords) filled
with various excrements.
The closing bit is done in a similar fashion as the intro, but using explosions (while objects being thrown at the cast). After the explosions are finished, the cast members are flushed away by a wave pool. Like the past movies, comedian Rip Taylor makes an appearance before the credits roll. As the credits come to a close, a retrospective is shown with clips from the original show along with old photographs of cast and crew set to Weezer's "Memories", the movie's single.
