Four Summer Coolers Summer is here. To keep yourself cool this summer try these summer coolers! Pineapple, lime and coconut Spritzer

Strawberry-Thyme Lemonade

Ingredients: 3 cups pineapple juice, 2 cups coconut water, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 8 limes) 2 cups club soda or sparkling water, 1/2 pineapple, cored and cut into spears, splash of rum (optional)

Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 8 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for serving, 1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 2 1/2 cups), 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 10 lemons), splash of vodka (optional)

Directions: Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.

Directions: Combine the sugar, thyme, and 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool and discard the thyme. Combine the thyme syrup with the strawberries, lemon juice, and 5 cups cold water in a large pitcher. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Serve over ice, garnished with additional thyme. Add a splash of vodka, if desired.

Just before serving, add the club soda. Serve over ice, garnished with a pineapple spear. Add a splash of rum, if desired. Frozen Blueberry Lemonade

Gingery peach Cooler

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups blueberries, 1 cup lemonade, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for serving, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Ingredients: 3 cups ginger ale, 1/2 cup

Directions: In a blender, puree the blueberries, lemonade, mint, confectioners' sugar, and 3 cups ice until smooth. Garnish with mint sprigs.
