Combining powerful botanical extracts such as aloe, chamomile & lavender with a gentle concentration of 3% Glycolic acid this toner works together to deep clean pores, encourage skin renewal & smooth fine lines. Glycolic acid is an excellent naturally derived Alpha Hydroxy Acid which acts as a skin exfoliant that gradually reveals glowing skin while fighting breakouts. Lavender is antibacterial & calming, chamomile heals the skin, witch hazel tightens pores & thoroughly cleans the skin, seaweed improves skin elasticity & mint is an anti irritant which is perfect in the heat! Apply a little on a cotton pad & sweep across a clean face avoiding the eye area. You can use Am & Pm but we prefer to use it at night only.

Now, where do I start from ? Ha-ha. Well, the most challenging part of tackling this niche is creatively building up a middle ground for both, our clients and celebrities. And, not to forget ‘Negativity Management’, we operate very cautiously while dealing with both parties. Because one unfavorable statement could cause us tonnes, which we cannot afford! Luckily, we are smoothly dealing in the industry till now and are sure to maintain the standards for many more years, Insha’Allah. Q What skills are required in your position on a dayto-day basis?

Sarfraz Niazi (Creative Director/Partner) Q1: How is the office life at EPIC? Life at EPIC is as amazing as our name is! However, the ‘Epic Squad’ is a troop of fun-loving individuals, so the office environment is quite cool. No one is bound to yawn from 9-5 p.m. due to boredom, or follow the orthodox office rules here. This is our second home, everyone is free to work comfortably and it is made sure no one feels spiritless! We celebrate together, eat together, enjoy music, and not to miss the badminton sessions after work! Q2: Tell us about your roles in building up the team and taking the legacy ahead. We name our team as, “The Force” and “Epic Squad”. “The Force” which drives the team includes me; ‘Sarfaraz Niazi’- Creative Director & Partner- being responsible for leading from the front and making most of our decisions with respect to our day to day affairs; business development, making strategies and concept writing! On the other hand, Jahanzaib Shafiq - Consulting Partner- plays more of a “Devil’s advocate” and gives us another dimension, which helps our team to reevaluate the project and to improve it further more. The EPIC Squad is a wing of fun-loving young minds - who are smarter than their years, go-getters, quick learners, and original thinkers. Together we are all geared up for the Epic Mission! Jahanzeb Shafique (Consulting Partner) Q3. Which parts of your work do you find most challenging?

I believe, most importantly one requires to have a “Professional Approach”, as I mentioned earlier that we try our best to avoid unfavorable circumstances. Secondly, “Public Dealing” skills, after all, we get to deal with different sorts of people. Thirdly, “Crises Management”, throughout our daily grinds of celebrity management, it’s our job to put forward the finest services, be it events or productions! Fourthly, and most importantly, “MultiTasking” because at any given time you have, like, 30 different things going on at once! Kumail Abbas (Account Director) What did you like about being a celebrity manager? Well, there’s so much to jot down. It’s such a relationship-built business. So many of our clients, since we get to interact with them regularly, regarding many things - they do become like family and friends. That is the best part!

people, with diverse background. So this post actually caters my aspirations. You get to deal with different sorts of people, learn a lot and gear up for more challenges in life! Sahar Naseem Awan (Content Writer) Do you wish to sustain a career at EPIC? Yes I sure do! EPIC has a long way to go, it is deep in its core and content creation is one of the main areas where it aims to excel. I see a very bright and fruitful future with the team in coming future, excited and all geared up to sustain a career here! Have you ever written a diary in early teens/childhood? I will confess that I have loved writing for the longest time and that I used to write my diary off and on. Al-

though I haven’t saved any, I guess out of sheer laziness. It would have been a joy to read what I wrote as a teenager. I believe I always had this urge to pen down my thoughts on paper and I can vouch that I had the most abstract speculations ever since I can remember. Alizay Hassan: (Creative Designer) What’s the best of being at EPIC? To be very honest, there are many to mention. But the BEST part of being part of Team Epic is our work environment. I actually enjoy working here, the overall vibe is really cool and we come up with awesome ideas when sit together! What’s the basic characteristic of being called an up to mark artist? Well, I guess making others interpret your art deeply, as well as making them understand its basic concept is when an artist achieves his/her goal. Ahsan Asghar (Creative Manager) What is the greatest enemy of creativity? I think the greatest enemy of creativity is oneself. Observation is the key to creativity. Creative derives from creation. We can’t create something if we are unaware of it. My definition of creativity is to notice the unnoticed. Do you think creative management in an agency is important for its digital transformation?

It is the most important thing for an agency. In this age of information, people desire to see and hear something that they haven’t seen or heard before. An agency has a much bigger role to play than providing mere entertainment. It holds the power to change people’s mind! Creative management is not only important for digital transformation but for the transformation period.

“Celebrity Management is all glam n fun” Is this statement true? Or just a myth? As they say, “All that glitters is not gold” ;) This is something very important for people who fantasize media industry. It sure is glam n fun but not ‘completely’. You can’t even imagine how we tackle fans and celebrities side by side! But there’s lots of exposure involved too, which amplifies learning and that is fun in actual! Mahir Samad (Account Manager) Q: How would you describe your life at EPIC? My life at EPIC is an awe-inspiring experience in itself. My role is more into relationship management with both clients and celebrities, so the type of learning is quite interesting and challenging at the same time. P.S. Being the oldest employee among the squad, I feel more involved into the daily grinds. Q: Is this something of your interest or just an option? It’s definitely my cup of tea! I love interacting with new
