Growing up, Summer was always our favourite season of the year because it brought a much awaited end to a very long school year. Summer Vacation was basically three months of a grand weekend, comprising late night movies, kiddie pool parties, picnics in parks, mango feasts at our grandparents’ homes and hillside holidays with the entire family. Those were the days that define the term carefree to its fullest. As adults, we are only left with a hazy nostalgia of our leisurely childhood; to even think of planning a holiday at our age involves legal procedures and potential pay-cuts that will probably kill your vacay vibe before it even begins. Having said that, we are strong believers of the Yolo faith and fully intend to throw caution to the wind and revive the magic of our slaphappy summers. We must advise you all to do the same! Like every warm season, it’s all about paring down your makeup and opting for a minimal look. How did YogaX come into being? What inspired you to open Pakistan’s first Hot yoga studio? Yoga X was born after two passionate and like-minded yogis crossed paths. After working together for a while at Studio X we decided to open the first Hot Yoga Studio in Pakistan. Knowing the great benefits that hot yoga brings to an individual, we wanted to share the experience with others. How did you first get into yoga, what were some of the health benefits you noticed from taking up the practice? J-I was looking for a bit of stretching and lengthening as I was into weight training and cardio.
