The Steakhouse Restaurant

The Whitehorse offers its patrons a Four-Course meal comprised of an Appetizer, Salad, Entrée and Dessert. Your reservation confirms your seat, but here at The Whitehorse we want you to relax, have a drink, walk around and get familiar, the hostess will let you know when it’s time. The courses will be plated and brought out to you as if you were attending an event, cause after all, that’s what dinner should be. The Whitehorse Steakhouse, we feed you as well as your heart and soul. The Steakhouse is open Tuesday– Sunday. Reservation Required.

Working with several conservation groups and traveling to different countries to better understand how humans can make a difference in an animal’s habitat, Navarro looks to share her experience with others in a safe and unique way.

The Story Behind It All

During a trip to Africa, Kristin and her husband were awakening to what their purpose in life should be - turning Oak Meadow Ranch into a place where guests can learn about animal conservation firsthand while enjoying other amenities, including a 5-star restaurant and wedding destination.

Kristin says lofty dreams and an unbridled passion for the Old West spurred her desire to create the ultimate ranch destination. With the loss of her stepmother, she was led to the creation of the ranch in her honor, a healing endeavor turned into a rustic yet refined location. Turning this heartfelt place into an animal paradise inspires Kristin to travel the world and join programs to study different types of animals and release programs. This allows for animals like Puzzles the giraffe, to live their final days on the ranch.
