Morton Penrith – Thornton, has been managing and selling properties in Thornton Estate since the beginning of the first stage of units being constructed in 2016.

The Thornton office of Morton Penrith are servicing the Penrith area, primarily in Thornton Estate, and are selling around 150 properties a year, from development sites, to houses to apartments, off the plan, brand new completed and resales. Over 500 apartments and houses are also managed in Thornton, by an additional property management team of five property managers, two leasing consultants and an inspections officer, based in our 5/86 Henry Street, Penrith office.

Introducing the #TeamLipman sales team, from left to right:

• Jamie Bae joined TeamLipman in early 2022 as a Sales Associate and is responsible for appraisals, support with open for inspections, market watch and liaising with owners.

• David Lipman joined Morton in 2015 as a property manager in the Circular Quay office, then moved to the Crow’s Nest office in Leasing and then moved to the Penrith office. David is the team leader and is responsible for listing and negotiating all sales.

• SJ Singh joined TeamLipman in 2021 as the Buyer’s Agent where he is responsible for open for inspections, signage, buyer enquiry and social media.

• Mitchell Norman joined TeamLipman in the beginning of 2021 as Client Services Manager and he deals with the compliance and administration and progressing sales from deposit paid to exchange and then settlement.
