Absolute Who?
Bryan Lunt ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP CHAIRMAN
Born in Liverpool in 1964, Bryan Lunt grew up in a traditional family and received his education in Kingston Upon Thames University, London as a Civil Engineer. With a natural flair for business and a real passion for sport, he slotted nicely into the position of the rugby team player / principle fund raiser and so, at only 19 years of age his journey to the destination of entrepreneurial excellence began. At the age of 21, he started his career in the vacation club industry as a marketing operative on the Spanish Island of Tenerife, rapidly notching up 13 years of industry experience and recognition of his skill of the management of large teams of highly productive sales & marketing personnel. During this period, Bryan’s career path took him from the Canary Islands to mainland Spain, Portugal, Italy and the USA, only to return to Tenerife to successfully set up and run one of Europe’s largest Russian sales programs. In 1998, he co-founded the “Royale Marketing Group” establishing sales centers in Tenerife and Marbella, Spain. 2002 saw the operation enter Beijing and then in 2004, the collective re-branding of the company to become known as

the “Absolute World Group”, with sales centers reaching out to Moscow, Kiev and Thailand. There after, under the banner of Absolute, Bryan personally steering the company to the position of having 14 sales operations globally with manpower of 650 people. In 2007 Bryan’s vision saw him engage in the real estate and resort development market place, taking the Absolute resort and hotel management property portfolio to 60+ million USD in only 2 years, whilst selling 25 million USD of generic real estate concurrently. Only 1 year later, Bryan was the driving force of Absolute to pioneer the uncharted territory of fractional co-ownership in Asia and become an established market leader. Bryan hand choosing seven projects exclusively for location and investment potential realisation, bringing onboard the globally recognised names of David Lloyd Group and YOO to enhance the branding of these Absolute resorts to unprecedented levels. Bryan is currently in the midst of preparations to run the Hong Kong marathon in 2010 to raise money for orphaned children in Thailand.
Vladimir Suchevan ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP CEO
Vladimir Sucevan is a CEO and co-founder of one of the most successful companies in Europe and Asia - Absolute World Group, who believes that the only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible. Vladimir is originally from Moldova, former USSR, and is a real cosmopolite. Living in Spain Vladimir is happily married and a father of two children. He is a positive, incredibly hardworking and passionate about all what he is doing. Vladimir was just 15 years old when he started his working career. Being a natural leader he played a major role at different activities - playing at theatre, singing opera, writing poems, and inspiring those who came in contact with him. After graduation from the Kishinev Pedagogical University, he began his career in a tourist industry. Vladimir also implemented his knowledge as well as gained experience working in Tenerife and across Russia. He eventually ventured to change his life and came to Spain in 1994 to work in a prestigious resort. Partnering up with his friends Bryan Lunt and Svetlana Kostromitina he launched a project, the Royale Marketing,
which became one of the most successful vacation ownership company in Europe, nowadays part of the Absolute World Group of companies. With a strong background in finance and management, Vladimir successfully leads and manages people in mainland Spain and Canary Islands, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey, China & Hong Kong. As a CEO of an international company and someone who is very adventurous, Vladimir leads the kind of lifestyle with which few people would be able to keep up. For example, he climbed Mulhacen in Spain in September and trekked Everest for charity in October during 2008. Vladimir still finds the time to enjoy reading, collect watches, play sports, support charities and spend time with his loved ones. He speaks fluent Russian, English, Spanish and Romanian. Vladimir’s never-ending enthusiasm, love for life, charm and sharp intellect has helped him achieve success in all areas of his life and has changed the lives of many who have crossed his path.

Svetlana Kostromitina ABSOLUTE WORLD GROUP VP OF SALES
Born at Yekaterinburg, Russia, to parents that were experts in Economics and IT Management. This genetic advantage of the understanding of Commerce and sound leadership, surfaced through her teenage years, when she held the position of Student Union president. In actual fact, her competitiveness showing itself at the same time as she swam nationally, competing and winning numerous trophies until the age of 17. Furthering her education and broadness of knowledge, Svetlana attained a University degree in design, at the Moscow Academy. Thus complementing her Honorary Masters Degree in sport and Diploma in music, achieving the expertise of becoming a classical pianist. All this experience became the focal point to Svetlana’s success when in 1994, at the age of 23, she entered the vacation industry. The next 4 years were the classic story of rising from the ranks to manage a team of 25 sales professionals to the level of excellence where they were generating 12.5 million Euros per annum in Sales.

In 1998, Svetlana began with the Sales & Business Development of the Absolute World Group (formerly Royale Marketing Group) as a partner and pushed hard to expedite the exponential growth to 14 sales centers globally within 10 years. Personally developing the Russian and Thailand Sales to levels that are the envy of many within the Vacation Industry, through her solid leadership. With the arrival of 2009, Svetlana has focused energy and drive on key issues to the further expansion and progression of the Absolute Group. In particular, the growth of fractional sales as a natural upgrade from the traditional timeshare products and the enhancement of the real benefits to Absolute customers. This being achieved by the constant analysis of the clients needs and future market trends, whilst effecting the strategical expansion of new offices which were recently opened in Italy, UAE and Kazakhstan and of future sales centers in other countries. Svetlana is currently based in Phuket, Thailand and has plans to run the Chicago marathon in the US in amongst her busy schedule of work and taking lessons to become a licensed helicopter pilot.

The office also now serves to assist the owners referring friends and business associates, supplying travel and visa assistance as well as general member services. Absolute expanded their presence in Russia by opening offices in Krasnodar and Vladivostok and also in Kazakhstan too. The Russian business has been a strong part of the Absolute world.
