SPACE OF THE WIND Wind blows throughout the structure, the transclucent fabrics subdues the harsh sunlight, easing the client’s transition into the outdoors. Then she sees the billowing fabric among the lightest of frames, the fabric and the trees and the leaves dancing to each other, creating a narrative of senses of the wind throughout the built and the environment, eminating a sense of softness and gentleness amidst the rigidity. The project explores an idea of outdoor personal space designed for an elderly in catering to his/her own personality and distinctiveness. Selected site is located at an old folks home (Little Sisters of the Poor) in Cheras. Architectural Design Studio IV September 2016 Hand drafting, PS, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Model making Completed in collaboration with Benjamin Cheng & Nor Syarianna
