ARTSFULL PROGRAMME MICHAELMAS 2021
Artsfull
Welcome to ArtsFull, our brochure introducing Arts events at Wellington College which aims to teach, inspire and enrich your understanding of the Arts. As we hopefully come out of Covid restrictions fully, we are able to put on events and indeed invite students from other schools to participate in our Masterclasses. Clearly, things may change and please bear with us if we have to cancel or postpone events. If you are interested in coming to an event or you are a student who wishes to take part, please contact us and please book early. Each term there will be events, shows and concerts either put on by students at Wellington or by other local schools or professionals. Please remember that you will be most welcome.
Simon Williamson Director of Arts
Michaelmas Masterclass & Events All money raised from ticket sales (except the Choral and Concerto Concert) will go to support Arts projects in local schools. The Wellington College Arts Fund (WCAF) has been delighted to issue 15 grants to local arts projects since March 2020, including providing a print press for an Art Department, purchasing costumes and staging for shows and the construction of an outdoor stage in a junior school playground. In total, the fund has gifted £10,000 to arts projects in the local community so far and we hope to be able to provide further funding over the coming year. Thank you so much for supporting. If you wish to find out more, please email TheArts@wellingtoncollege.org.uk
