Steeped in the College’s history, Great School is an elegant 19th Century reception room, with all the grandeur of the age featuring genuine artefacts belonging to the Duke of Wellington. Located near the entrance to the main College buildings, it is a venue sure to impress your guests. Able to seat up to 120 for a formal dinner, it is also an ideal space for conference registration, drinks receptions, parties and seminars.

Used in the filming of ‘An Ideal Husband’, Waterloo Hall is a truly majestic Victorian reception room featuring original oak panelled walls, minstrel’s gallery and stage. It is a wonderfully flexible venue suitable for any occasion accommodating up to 150 guests, with direct access to the picturesque South Front lawns and College Gardens, ideal for drinks in the summer.

OLD GYM The former sports facility for the College, Old Gym was completely refurbished in 1995 and is now a self-contained hall and conference centre with a public entertainment licence for 280 people. The original vaulted ceiling, minstrel’s gallery and large stage make this a distinctive performance and large event venue. CHRISTOPHER LEE THEATRE Newly refurbished and opened by Sir Christopher Lee, a prior student of Wellington, the theatre is fully equipped with sound, lighting, screen, film projection and PA system, and is a fantastic space for plays, musicals, dance shows, concerts and lectures. The theatre seats up to 363, with accessible seating to the rear of the auditorium and orchestra pit at the front of the stage. Versatile lower ground and off-stage ‘green room’ facilities are provided as standard and the large foyer and bar area with sliding doors to the outside amphitheatre area provide an ideal setting for your audience to relax during the interval.

The DRIVER ROOMS
The Driver Rooms are two adjacent purpose built conference and lecture rooms with connecting door and small kitchen. Fantastic for a training day, conference, seminar or meeting, they are fully equipped with state of the art presentation and conferencing facilities. The Driver Committee room is also fully licenced for intimate wedding services.
