I’m Suzanne Leopold, the Suzy behind “Suzy Approved Book Tours.”

As a young child, I was often boisterous and giggling while ignoring my parents' pleas to be quiet. Despite their efforts, I learned that being loud can be a useful tool and I have applied that philosophy to blogging.

My goal has been to get noticed while pushing my message to as many readers as possible. My review site on WordPress, www.suzyapproved.com, has 13033 followers while my Facebook account, www.facebook.com/ suzyapproved, has over 8600 followers.

I’ve made many connections as the host of “Suzy Approved Book Reviews” and I would like to share this community with others. My goal is to provide my clients with a platform that creates noise across multiple forms of media. I want this message to be loud and to continue beyond the initial book release. I’m currently expanding the scope of my page from blogger to an organizer of book tours.

I have to give thanks to others who’ve provided advice and help. I connect with publishers, authors, agents and public relations professionals who have all helped me along. I also enjoy attending book signings and industry events. But, the biggest contribution came from the resources shared among book bloggers. This community will be a critical tool for making noise on your behalf.

When you sign up with Suzy Approved Book Tours your book will receive “aftercare”. After the initial book tour, I will monitor for any additional releases of your book such as paperback or promotions. Our blogger community will then spotlight these events which will generate extra noise.

Ideally, a lead time of 8-10 weeks is needed for planning. We need to deliver media to each blogger with ample time to both read and review. Shipping costs for all books will be provided by the author/publisher. If a giveaway is involved, I will provide addresses for delivery.

Each blogger participating in Suzy Approved tours will post their reviews on their individual blog pages along with links to Twitter and Facebook when available. I will also strongly encourage simultaneous posts to Amazon, Goodreads, or Bookbub along with photos on Instagram. I seek out participants who are strong across a diverse range of social media.
