I met this character at Story and Song Bookstore Bistro about five years ago. We were both there for a book event for the incredibly talented author Bren McClain. Before I knew it we were sitting at Amelia Island Coffee swapping stories. We both were on the tail end of edits of our manuscripts and neither one of us had any idea what we were going to do next - we just wanted to write.

I got to know Joe over several cups of coffee - we’d meet to celebrate publications, events, and other writerly things to celebrate - shoot we met a few months ago to celebrate surviving the pandemic. But Joe’s received some exciting news that can’t wait for coffee. I wanted to share it here, but before I do, I have one question - do you know Joe?
