Ballroom & Sequence Dance

Dance the night away on the best dance floor in Shropshire. Get swept away in classic ballroom dance to live music by John Harrison and Graham Darby or twirl away with group sequence dancing, a style of ballroom dancing in which all dancers perform the same steps.

Just want to watch and enjoy the music? Come along! Non-dancers are very welcome.

Our café bar will also be open and refreshments will be available.

Tickets: £6 dancers, £2.50 non-dancers.

Wem Sweet Pea Annual Show

Saturday 15 July 10am – 5pm

Sunday 16 July 10am – 3pm

Wem’s legendary Sweet Pea Show returns this summer, with vase classes for Spencer and Grandiflora varieties as well as Floral Art and Children’s classes.

There will be a variety of craft, gift and food stalls as part of the show too!

Wem Town Hall’s Truly Scrumptious Cafe will be also open while the Sweet Pea Show is on, serving delicious homemade cakes, refreshing drinks and more!

Adults £2 for 1 day or £3 for the two days. Children FREE
