How Physical are the Tours?
More about spending time on your feet rather than covering
large distances. You’ll be getting on and off coaches and boats, walking around and climbing some steps.
A little more time on your feet than a Level 1 tour and may involve more walking and/or stairs.
Good level of fitness required as you need to be comfortable walking for 2-3 hours and covering longer distances. Other activities such as cycling will be at a gentle pace and across easy terrain.
Similar to Level 3 but activities may be longer in duration or on slightly more challenging terrain.
You’ll need to be fit and adventurous to participate in these tours as some days you will be active for the majority of the day. Activities will be physically more demanding.
