UPSTREAM ITINERARY

DAY 1: YICHANG – YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE Upon arrival in Yichang, you will be met and transferred to Maoping Pier where you will board your Sanctuary Cruises vessel for the next four nights.

DAY 2: THREE GORGES DAM Enjoy a visit to the Three Gorges Dam. This afternoon you will pass through Xiling Gorge, before continuing along the Yangtze River. (B,L,D)

DAY 3: SHENNONG STREAM Cruise through Wu Gorge, known for its quiet beauty and forest covered mountains. Continue through Qutang Gorge, the shortest, narrowest and most dramatic gorge. Take a shore excursion along the Shennong Steam. (B,L,D) DAY 4: FULING Visit the White Crane Ridge Underwater Project, hidden in the mountains of Fuling, which takes you 130 feet underwater to admire the river bed and intricate ancient rock carvings. (B,L,D)

DAY 5: DISEMBARK IN CHONGQING Disembark at Chongqing wharf this morning (approximately 0900hrs) where you will be met and transferred to Chongqing airport/railway station where your arrangements end. (B)
