Program Overview

The first step to participate in the 2024 VIP Elite program is to successfully complete the enrollment process. All enrolled customers will be assigned a purchase goal based upon their final 2023 purchases with Wesco. Once your assigned purchase goal is achieved, you will be eligible for a trip for two to Kauai, Hawaii in June of 2025.

The VIP Elite program rewards Wesco customers for reaching their Purchase Goal with qualified Wesco purchases throughout the year. To receive credit for qualifying purchases, they must be entered, invoiced, and shipped within the program year.

Program Timing

Wesco purchases made from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 are eligible to earn the travel award.

Program Participants

Selected Wesco customers who are in good standing and in compliance with payment terms and conditions are eligible to participate in this program. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Customer representatives must be senior-level executives and are subject to approval by Wesco.

Participating Suppliers

Wesco’s supplier partners help to make the VIP Elite program possible. Our largest sponsors have multipliers, meaning every time you purchase their products, you earn additional bonus dollars. These bonus dollars help you achieve your VIP Elite goal faster!

Program Overview

All VIP Elite Loyalty travel awards are intended for adults ages 21 and older. Customers must be in good standing in accordance with Wesco’s regular payment terms throughout the program, including dates of travel, to be eligible for the travel reward.

• All customers must successfully complete the enrollment process in order to be eligible to earn rewards

• Awards are not transferable and carry no cash value

• Travel awards must be taken with the Wesco group, and no substitution is permitted

• Recipients of VIP Elite Loyalty awards and their guests are responsible for all applicable taxes

• Customer representative must be a senior-level executive and subject to approval by Wesco
