PRE-GAME BBQ: All pre-game bbq’s begin 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the game. At game time, your group will move to a block of seats together in the seating bowl to watch the game from there. IN-GAME BBQ: A Whitecaps representative will come get your group from your block of seats 30 minutes after the game begins. They will escort you up to the deck area where your meal will be served for 1 hour and 15 minutes. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: No outside food or beverage can be brought into Fifth Third Ballpark. Please coordinate with your Whitecaps Ticket Rep if you are bringing in any prizes, etc. for your event.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Pricing includes Michigan’s 6% sales tax and a 15% service charge. A final guest count and payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date. The Whitecaps accept all major credit cards, cash, and check as payment.
