Meal Plans
All pre-game bbq’s begin 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the game and end at the scheduled game time. In-game bbq’s begin 30 minutes after the game begins and is served for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Add On Items Ballpark Snacks
Add in-shell peanuts or popcorn to your meal plan. Include one for $1.50 or add both for $2.75.

Includes Italian Ice popsicles (cherry, strawberry, and lemon) and Snickers Ice Cream Bars. $2.00

Bar Service
Each Altogas BBQ area has a bar located adjacent to the grill area that is automatically set up as a cash bar for public sales. If you would like to provide drinks for your group, you may choose to:
Run a Tab
Bartenders will keep track of beverages served during your meal time to your group and the total will be added to the group bill.
Purchase Vouchers
Each voucher is valid for a 20 oz domestic draft beer, wine, or bottled/canned beer. Each voucher is $6 and must be arranged in advance of game. Ask your hospitality contact about special Thursday pricing.
Purchase Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased to allow your guests to use it towards a beverage of their choosing or other items in the park. Minimum of $5 per card. **All alcohol sales stop at the end of the 7th inning**
Policies Game Day Information
Included with your tickets, you will receive a colored BBQ pass that needs to be handed out to your guests. An usher will be staffed at the entrance to your deck area collecting passes as guests arrive and providing them with a name tag showing your group name. If you are bringing your own name tags, please communicate that to your Hospitality contact.
Guarantee Number
A guaranteed guest count is due two weeks prior to your event. The day of the game, you will be responsible for paying 80% of your guaranteed count or the number of BBQ passes used, whichever is greater. A minimum purchase of 20 meals is required.
Payment Information
Michigan’s 6% sales tax and a 15% service charge will be applied to your total bill. Payment for your meals is due on or before your game date unless other arrangements are made in advance. The Whitecaps accept all major credit cards, cash, and check as payment.
Pre-Pay and Save
If you pre-pay for your guaranteed number of guests at least two weeks prior to your event, you will receive a 10% discount on the meal plan and add on items. Payment MUST be received by the two week deadline and all sales are final.
Dietary & Allergy Info
Menu includes both vegetarian and gluten free options. Please let us know in advance if you have any other specific dietary needs.
Outside Food & Beverage
No outside food or beverage can be brought into Fifth Third Ballpark. Please coordinate with your Whitecaps Ticket Rep if you are bringing in any prizes, etc. for your event. All bags will be checked at entry gates by Whitecaps Security.
Gate Times
Gates to Fifth Third Ballpark open ONE HOUR & FIFTEEN MINUTES prior to the scheduled start of the game for hospitality areas and pre-game BBQ’s. Beginning Friday, May 11th, gates will open at 5:30PM for all Friday and Saturday games. Please arrange any early entry with your Hospitality contact or Ticket Sales Rep.
