THE ARC CENTER OFFERS THE IDEAL SPACE FOR YOUR GATHERING

MEETINGS Corporate workshops, team planning sessions, and club meetings enjoy the professional clean setting. Offering audio visual equipment, flexible room arrangements, carpeted rooms, and optional kitchen access. Use our professional, clean setting for your next big meeting!

FAMILY GATHERINGS Can’t fit your whole group in your living room? No problem! Leave the clean-up to us and host your next family party at the ARC. Bridal showers, birthday parties, retirement send-offs or anniversary celebrations .

AFTER HOURS Parties can now extend past the ARC’s regular operating hours. Keep your weekend celebration going past 7:00pm and let us clean up the mess when you’re done!

Rentals include tables, chairs, AV equipment access, and optional kitchen, Treehouse and/or gym access. ARC Center rentals are available during regular operating hours, weekdays 5:30am-9:30pm, weekends 7:00am-7:00pm. After hour rentals are also available, for more information see below. There is a 2 hour minimum on room rentals on weekends. Reservations must be done at least one week in advance and in person at the ARC Center. Payment due in full at the time of booking. *Treehouse must be rented along with a meeting room and cannot be rented alone. Treehouse time must be between 3:00-5:30pm, as available. Childcare area not included. **Fee is per hour and additional to normal hourly fees. Serving alcohol is only allowed after hours and must be provided by our preferred caterer.
