Who may enter Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Members) who is part of West HQ loyalty system.

How to be

Eligible

1. For members to qualifier, they must earn points from any of these participating outlets at West HQ during May:

- Eat St. Steak & Oyster Co, Pizzapperta, Corner Café, Gelatissimo,

- Eat st bar.

- Southern Terrace café

- Main bar

- Chu Restaurant by China Doll

- SGAC Café and Merchandise purchase

- One55 Café and Merchandise purchase

- Sydney Coliseum Theatre- West HQ Box Office purchases

- Novotel and 33 Grill

- Gaming

- Reception, Bingo and Poker Purchases

2. Member will qualifier based on points earned during May.

3. Milestone rewards will be given as below:

4. Member will only be eligible for ONE (1) milestone, for example if member has earned 7,500 during the promotion period member will only be entitled to the 5000 points milestone.

5. From Thursday 1st June 10am, a list will be pulled from the membership database (IGT) to determine which member has qualified for a milestone.

6. Members who have qualified will be contacted to collect Milestone reward.

General Terms and Conditions

1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.

2. Mammoth May Gift Card Giveaway (Milestone Rewards) is a additional reward to the West HQ Loyalty System during the promotional period above Member must be opted in the Loyalty system to be eligible

3. Points are Earned by purchases and gaming within West HQ, Member must present membership card all times to gain points.

4. Point will not be earned by Pay by Points.

5. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.

6. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.

7. West HQ reserves the right to: a) Verify of all points; points that have been transferred to another members membership will not be included. b) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

8. A record of all members who have reached a milestone will be kept.

9. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

10. Mammoth May Giveaway Milestone Rewards is only for current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years who is part of West HQ loyalty system.

11. The West HQ reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ

12. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.

13. Mammoth May Giveaway Milestone rewards is not open to patrons excluded from the venue pursuant to the provisions of the Office of Liquor & Gaming or who are otherwise excluded.

14. Subject to law, the Promoter (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to the prize winner in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.

15. If a prize becomes unavailable, West HQ reserves the right to substitute the prize with a suitable alternative of equal value.

16. West HQ reserves the right to cancel or alter Mammoth May Giveaway Milestone Rewards at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.

17. Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.

18. Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. The promoter practises the responsible service of gaming.

20. All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ Management.
