Entries will start 1 hour before draw time. Drawn Every hour starting from Draw time listed above.

Who may enter Only current financial members of West HQ who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Members) who have reached a Milestone during Mammoth May Giveaway (Milestone Rewards) may enter this promotion.

How to enter

1. An eligible member who has reached a Milestone during Mammoth May Giveaway (Milestone Rewards) will receive entry ticket to ‘Milestone Rewards Draw ’

2. Eligible member will be contacted via their contact details by West HQ Customer Service inviting them to the draw nights

3. Member will have a choice of two dates to pick up entry tickets Thursday 15th June or Thursday 29th June

4. Member will only be allowed to join one draw date.

5. Draws will only be held on Thursday 15th June and Thursday 29th June, Member will not be able to change draw date even if draw date is missed and no additional draw dates will be added.

6. Once eligible member has received their entry ticket, they must place entry ticket in the designated barrel provided on chosen draw date

How to Play Draw 1

8. At 7pm, first draw will commence.

9. Promotional compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 6:59pm for the first hour draw. Any tickets that haven’t been placed in the barrel will become invalid and will need to be used for the next hour draw

10. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘ Milestone Rewards Draw’ barrel.

11. The Promotional Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.

12. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere.

13. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, draw will cease, and the cash prize will be carried onto the next draw

14. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $500 Cash Prize.

Draw 2

15. At 8pm, second draw will commence.

16. Promotional compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 7:59pm for the hour draw. Any tickets that haven’t been placed in the barrel will need to be used for the next hour draw.

17. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘ Milestone Rewards Draw’ barrel.

18. The Promotional Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.

19. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere

20. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, draw will cease, and the cash prize will be carried onto the next draw.

21. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $1,000 or $1,500 if prior draw was not won. Cash prize for the next draw will remain same.

Draw 3

22. At 9pm, Third draw will commence.

23. Promotional compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 8:59pm for the hour draw. Any tickets that haven’t been placed in the barrel will need to be used for the next hour draw.

24. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘ Milestone Rewards Draw’ barrel.

25. The Promotional Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.

26. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere.

27. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minute period, draw will cease, and the cash prize will be carried onto the next draw.

28. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $1,500 or $2,500/$3,000 depending on cash prize that rolled over by prior draw. The Cash prize for the next draw will not rollover.

29. $2,000 in cash will be paid on Draw night, remaining amount will be bank transferred within 2 business days from draw date.

Draw 4

30. At 10pm, Final draw will commence.

31. Promotional compere will announce the entry ticket closure at 9:59pm for the hour draw. Any tickets that haven’t been placed in the barrel will become invalid.

32. The Promotional compere will draw ONE (1) ticket from the ‘ Milestone Rewards Draw’ barrel.

33.The Promotional Compere will announce the winner over the Public Address System.

34. The Winner will have Four (4) minutes to present themselves to the promotion compere.

35. If the member does not present themselves within the 4-minutes period, a redraw will take place and the promotion compere will repeat steps 32-34 until a member presents themselves.

36. If the Member presents themselves within the Four (4) minute period, they will win $2,000 or $3,500, $4,500 or $5,000 depending on cash prize that rolled over by prior draw.

37. $2,000 in cash will be paid on Draw night, remaining amount will be bank transferred within 2 business days from draw date.

The winner will have four minutes to claim prize of $500 in cash. If winner does not claim in four minutes, the draw will close, and the $500 cash prize will be added to the next draw.

General Terms and Conditions

1. All decisions of West HQ (and its representatives) are final.

2. ‘Tutti Frutti’ promotions are contracted by West HQ to run, compere and staff the ‘ ‘Milestone Rewards Draw’ ‘promotion.

3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for any other object, cash amount or value, unless authorized by the Promoter.

4. West HQ accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with winning any prizes, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.

5. West HQ reserves the right to: a) Verify the validity of entries (including but not limited to, the Eligible Member’s identity and age). In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof of identification at the time of the draw, the Winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered; and b) Reject any entry ticket that is illegible, has been tampered with or is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and c) Disqualify any Member that has not acted in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. d) Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

6. A record of all Winners will be kept.

7. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other material relating to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

8. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. The following persons (and their immediate families) are not eligible to participate in or win the promotion: a) West HQ Directors or auditors; b) West HQ employees; c) Officers, executives or any staff of suppliers or contractors to the club, who are directly involved in any aspect of the promotion; d) Persons whose usual place of work is within premises owned or leased by West HQ who are employed by any of the contractors, licensees or lessees of West HQ and; e) Persons employed by any other supplier or contractor of West HQ who at or about the time of a particular draw, or during the entry period for the promotion, are on the West HQ premises in that capacity such as an employee.
