Greetings in the name of JESUS, We want to welcome each and everyone of you who have come to worship, celebrate, and rejoice with us this week. This is a historic time for the Westside Church of GOD, and we can’t thank you enough being with us to dedicate, ‘The House GOD has built.’ WE are aware many of you have made great sacrifices and come great distances to be with us. Your expression of love and support means more than we can express. This week will include anointed preaching and worship, fun, and something for the entire family. GOD has done all that you see, and our hearts have been made glad. This facility will help us facilitate our mission here at Westside, ‘Equipping Believers for Divine Deployment.’ As well, be a Lighthouse for the Kingdom of GOD in our community, city, and this entire San Joaquin Valley. Now, rejoice, worship, laugh, cry, and bless the name of our LORD with us. We are so grateful that you have come to share with us, and we will be eternally thankful. Love and appreciate you,
Pastor Paul and Valarie Binion

Growing up, Broderick’s father was a Baptist preacher and his mother a Sunday school teacher, and he credits his humor to all the time he spent in church. When his father introduced him to comedian Jerry Jordon, whose album “A phone call from God” was the first Christian comedy he had ever heard, Broderick was smitten. Although it would be some years later before he began doing Gospel comedy as a

The purpose of the Small Group Ministry is to teach the un-compromised Word of GOD and to equip believers to walk in their new identity through venues such as F.A.T. Tuesday (Bible study), Vacation Bible School, and Children’s Church. It is our mission to teach every Saint to fight the good fight of faith.
All the King’s Men Leon Turner
All the King’s Men brings brothers in CHRIST together to learn to take their places in the family of GOD by first being committed to GOD, their families, and then to the Church. We want to motivate brothers to be prayer warriors, encouragers, & supporters of the Pastor and his vision for the church. We encourage commitment, faithfulness, dedication and support to the work of the church.

The purpose of the Greeting Ministry is to officially welcome our visitors to the church and answer any questions they may have. We stay in contact with visitors through telephone calls, follow-up, and mailings to ensure no one is overlooked. The Greeting Ministry is instrumental in getting new members integrated into the church body and activities. Stop by the welcome table regularly for upcoming events, church news, and more.
Outreach
Gwen Turner
The Great Commission given to us by our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, was not an option or an alternative for consideration by His church: it is our calling and mandate. The Evangelism/Outreach Ministry is an example of an obedient response and fulfillment of that mandate from the Lord. We are the “hands, feet, and arms” of GOD, expressing His love to our community.
Marriage Advance Margaret Graves
Through conferences and other events, this ministry was established in order to bring clarity and honesty to marriages and provide unique opportunities to be transparent and candid regarding various subjects related to marriage. This ministry is designed to assist married couples in strengthening their relationships and to offer singles a glimpse of marriage.

CYYA
Dinner/Hospitality
Tiffany Mangum
Pearl Thomas
The purpose of the Children, Youth and Young Adult Ministries (CYYA) is to prepare youth and young adults for active membership at Westside Church of GOD through biblical and practical instruction. We also want to provide an avenue by which our children, youth, and young adults come together on a regular basis for a time of worship, creative and interactive instruction, and a time of fellowship, recognition and encouragement.
Usher Board Ministry Sam Williams
The ministry of the Usher Board is one of first impressions. It is our intent to greet all worshipers in a warm, welcoming manner and to display consideration & courtesy to regular attendees and visitors. It is an usher’s duty to be alert to the needs of the congregation, worship leaders, chairpersons, choir directors and ministers in order to respond to their immediate needs.
Among other purposes, the Dinner/Hospitality Ministry provides a nutritious meal to those attending F.A.T. Tuesday. Dinner is served from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. prior to Bible study. In addition, the Hospitality Committee supplies refreshments for various auxiliary meetings, food for funerals, and refreshments for guest speakers.
Women’s Ministry Latisha Wallace
Our purpose is to infuse the heart of every woman with the truth of who she really is according to the Word of GOD. This is communicated by the anointing, love, and power of the Holy Spirit so that she is not only comforted, edified, and exhorted, but empowered to take her ordained place in the Kingdom, and then fearlessly pursue all that pertains to her royal heritage and destiny.

Prayer Ministry
Sister Bess Gooch The Prayer Ministry is vital to the life of the church. As believers we have the opportunity to approach the throne of grace “to obtain mercy in our time of need.” We are confident that the Lord answers the prayers of the righteous, and we invite you to join us every Wednesday at noon and every second and fourth Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. for corporate prayer.
Valerie Binion The Music Department relates to the mission of the church by musically ministering to the congregation with the goal to uplift, encourage, and spread the Word of GOD through praise and worship, choirs, drama and dance.
