Glass on the Water Photos by Karen Fien After spending the weekend of August 17 through 19 entertaining and educating crowds in Brockport, GlassBarge and an accompanying flotilla of historic ships docked in Spencerport for their final westside stop on Wednesday, August 22. GlassBarge was launched to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the relocation of the Brooklyn Flint Glass Company – now known as Corning Incorporated – via the New York Waterways by canal barge to Corning, which would become a center for important artistic and technological innovations in glass. In addition to sharing the story of glassmaking in Corning, the recreation of the 1868 barge voyage emphasizes the continued role of New York’s waterways in shaping the state’s industry, culture, and community. GlassBarge is the 2018 signature event for the statewide celebration of the Erie Canal Bicentennial (2017-2025). GlassBarge is “a unique project that embodies the museum’s dedication to educational programming outreach and celebrates the history of glass with new audiences throughout the state,” said Karol Wight, President and Executive Director of The Corning Museum of Glass. “We are very grateful to our many support-
Shown (l-r): Stephanie Parry, G Brian, Lukas Milanak, all gaffers for The Corning Museum of Glass and Robert Cassetti, Senior Director of Creative Strategy and Audience Engagement for The Corning Museum of Glass, showing the glass pieces created at previous stops. ers, especially Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Regional Economic Development Council, without which the project would not have been possible.” GlassBarge proved to be a popular attraction with tickets selling out quickly. An estimated 900 people attended the demonstrations in Spencerport alone. “An experience so close to home, with
the combination of the Corning GlassBarge and the Canal Schooner Lois McClure, not to be missed,” said Betty and Karen Riley of Spencerport. Roberta Voelkl of Spencerport agreed. “Amazing, hadn’t seen glassblowing since I was a little kid.”
GlassBarge was accompanied by the South Street Seaport Museum’s historic tug W. O. Decker (both shown above) on the Erie Canal. The Lois McClure, a replica of an 1862 canal barge, and the C.L. Churchill, a 1964 tugboat, both part of the permanent collection of the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum, were also part of the tour to share the story of canal life in the 19th century and how materials were shipped on New York’s waterways.
G Brian, CMoG gaffer with 20 years experience, creates a bowl with a blown foot using frit (crushed glass) of gold topaz and reddish amethyst. He said, “GlassBarge is unique to our region, it embodies everything the Empire State stands for, from the Erie Canal to Corning Glass.”

Brockport kindergarten school bus training event On August 8 and 9 we held our 5th annual kindergarten school bus training event for parents/guardians and their kindergartener. We started them with a bus ride from the transportation department over to the Ginther School. As they rode the bus they were shown how to use the bus seatbelts as it is school board policy that all of our students in grades K-12 wear them. Once they were at the school, they moved through six different training stations related to school bus safety. When the training sessions were completed we held a drawing for nine kindergarteners to receive a gift certificate provided to our department by Walmart and LuGia’s Ice Cream for this event. The winners were Amy Armstrong, Noah Burns, Bridget Camman, Sophia Plummer, Dominic Birge, Collin Heagerty, Brynn Cooling, Emery Conklin, and Sergio Gonzaloz. Congrats to all. The event was also attended by Ginther School principal, Mrs. Debra Waye.

2018 Roberts fall sports previews by Warren Kozireski Cross Country The Roberts’ women are coming off their fourth consecutive East Coast Conference championship and the men’s team returns all top five finishers from their fourth place finish. “We are really excited about both the men’s and women’s squads we have assembled this year,” co-head coach Andrew Dorr said. “It’s the largest roster we’ve ever fielded and it’s really deep with talent. The men’s team is especially deep.” Sophomore and ECC Rookie Runner of the Year and First Team All-Conference pick Ashley Watson, classmate Brittany Shumway and junior Michaela Bierly all finished among the top ten in last year’s conference championship. “I think Brittany Shumway is going to be a really strong contributor,” Door said. “When she entered as a freshman last year, running was still brand new to her. She continued to get stronger and stronger last year and I am excited to see where she ends up this season. All-Conference Second Team selections Addison Sgroi and Makenzie Widder will compete in their senior year along with similarly honored junior Moriah Martone (Spencerport) to add plenty of depth to the squad. The coaching staff is excited about the addition of freshmen Abby and Bailey Gostomski who they feel “will be immediate contributors. They have impressive high school credentials and it’ll only be a question of how quickly they can be ready for a 6k.” Churchville-Chili product Kyilee Quayle also arrives for her first year. On the men’s side, juniors Christopher Sims, Nathan Cannon and Bryan Forino will anchor a deep squad. “We’re counting Bryan Forino to deliver for us,” Dorr said. “Last year was rocky for him at times, but he is more patient and more focused this year and I am expecting him to impress.” As for recruits, “we have a number of runners who could contribute now or in the near future. Shane Pease (Greece Athena) and Connor Demo (Beaver River) are among others who will lead this team in the future.” The annual Harry F. Anderson invite is September 22 for both teams.
Women’s Soccer After falling below ten wins for the first time this decade during a disappointing five-win season in 2017 that included just one conference victory, the Redhawks are hoping the two wins over their final four games last fall will help launch them back to their normal double-digit victory level. “We have a core of returners that made significant strides in the offseason,” third year head coach Sarah McClellen said. “Several newcomers will mix into the lineup right away. We have a strong early schedule once again as we know how competitive and talented our conference is; the non-conference games will challenge us and allow us to improve and prepare for the conference slate.” The team will rely on a veteran defense anchored by juniors Sarah Giancursio and Olivia Avery with sophomore Ava Harrington, who all started every game last season, along with redshirt junior Alana Montreal in front of junior goalkeeper Kelsey Brinkel. “All of our Juniors and our single senior will be looked to as our leadership group to carry the team and set the tempo for the season,” McClellen said. Junior midfielder Israela Groves is the leading returning goal scorer with two last season along with classmate Tiffany Melendez and Kendall grads Taylor and Maya Rutland among those up front. Redshirt junior midfielder Mia Montreal also returns after a year off. The team welcomes a couple of strong Canadian additions in Justine Sharda and Eboni Redman-Coombs, freshman forward Sydney Regan plus Byron-Bergen products Makenzie Muoio on defense (two time AllState) and midfielder Leah Thompson, who was a three time Genesee Region All-Star Team selection and two-time All-State Team pick. The team will jump right in with five games over the first 14 days of the season including a pair of Labor Day weekend home games before their East Coast Conference opener in mid-September.

Men’s Soccer The Redhawks have had two disappointing years in a row, but are rebuilding with the addition of six freshmen. “(I am) excited about the team,” head coach Scott Reber said. “We have a great core group and adding a lot of youth. Overall, it’ll be a young team with talent - if we can focus and commit to our approach, we will do well.” Among that core are a junior class that includes leading scorer Terrell Spencer along with forward Barrington Smith and senior midfielders Juan Ospina-Betancurt and Daniel Maxwell. Redshirt sophomore Johanz Tusiime from Uganda will help up front. Juniors Elijah Jarvis and Jeremiah Ochepo each started all but one game last season, but everyone’s job is on the line after the team gave up 40 goals in 17 games. And senior goaltender Ben Hastings is the only goalkeeper on the roster who played any minutes last season - and that was only 37 - but he did appear in four games as a sophomore. Brockport High grad and sophomore Joe McNulty is one of the other two on the roster in net. “We have a great core group that did very well in our Spring season,” Reber said. All of them will provide leadership to our young recruits and help as they transition to the college game.” Key newcomers include Alex Perez Vega from Panama, Aaryn Massy and Marc Blackburn via Toronto, sophomores Trevon and Tariq Michael from Florida, Dylan Ruiz of Ontario and Ethan Leonard of Medina. The home opener is September 8 versus Stonehill College with the conference schedule beginning one week later.
Women’s Volleyball The Redhawks enter their 2018 campaign trying to end a three-year program skid of under .500 results. “Looking forward to a better season this year for several reasons,” head coach Doug Porterfield said. “One, I learned a lot last year and I believe I am making good adjustments to the program and to our play. Two, our returning athletes are very hungry this preseason and are ready to do some battle on the court. Three, my coaching staff is great this year and I see good connection to the team and to the program.” “Grace Detwiler (third last season in kills and second in digs) will be an anchor on the outside as well as Rachel Holmes (third in digs) playing strong defense and hitting from the back and front rows. “Our Middles are faster and jumping higher than last year and should be able to establish our middle game.” Among the freshmen recruits, “I have been very impressed with one of our freshmen from Colorado, Taeko Chase. Very sharp volleyball IQ and skill sets. She will be getting some significant play time (setter/libero). Vada Young from Lancaster, Ohio will also help up front with solid blocking instincts. Rebecca Oldham from Charles Finney and Kennedy O’Keefe from Webster-Thomas also join the program. The team opens with a four-game tournament and seven road contests overall before the home-opener September 14 against Franklin Pierce.

Matt Carpenter named winner of Hickok Belt® Award for July St. Louis Cardinal infielder Matt Carpenter has been named the Hickok Belt® Award winner for the month of July 2018. Voting was conducted by a select panel of members of the National Sports Media Association (NSMA). The voters selected Carpenter because of his historic and career performance at Wrigley Field on July 20, 2018 vs. the Chicago Cubs. He set a record as the first Cardinal player to have three home runs and two doubles for five at-bats over the first six innings. He was the second player in major league history to accomplish this feat and the first in Cardinal franchise history. Carpenter tied the club record for sixteen total bases and beat Lou Brock’s club record with his fifth leadoff home run of the season. For these feats and his .529 batting average, 1.706 slugging average and his six homeruns for the five-game series with Chicago, he was named the National League Player of the Week. He accomplished more magic on July 31 at Busch Stadium vs. the Colorado Rockies with his record breaking 22nd career leadoff homerun smashing Lou Brock’s
record of 21 for most career leadoff home runs. For all this and his major league leading 11 homeruns in July, and with a July batting average of .333, Matt Carpenter won his first career Player of the Month award. He is a most worthy July 2018 monthly Hickok Belt® Award winner. Other finalists for the month of July in order of how the NSMA ranked them included: Novak Djokovic (tennis), Francesco Molinari (golf), Angelique Kerber (tennis), Khris Davis (baseball), Kyle Busch (auto racing), Kylian Mbappe (soccer), Jhoulys Chacin (baseball) and Oleksandr Usyk (boxing) and Edwin Diaz (baseball) tied. His selection as the Hickok Belt® Award winner for the month of July 2018 recognizes Matt Carpenter as “the best of the best” in professional sports for the month and makes him the fourth candidate eligible to receive the overall Hickok Belt® Award for 2018, joining Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Nick Foles. YMCA of Greater Rochester unveils upgrades at Camp Northpoint The YMCA of Greater Rochester showcased new upgrades at Camp Northpoint during a community open house on Thursday, August 16. The 45-acre camp on North Greece Road served 3,000 children this summer from the west side towns of Greece, Gates, Chili, Spencerport, Hilton, and Hamlin. Now the families of these campers can utilize the facility for three seasons of the year, from April through October, thanks to a grant secured by Senator Joseph E. Robach. The funding provided upgrades at Camp Northpoint, including retrofitting the program barn with insulation, a multipurpose turf floor, industrial heaters, and commercial-grade ceiling fans, plus new sports activity equipment. Camp Northpoint is now able to host indoor sports as well as better serve campers during the summer. “Camp Northpoint is a great resource in North Greece for families across our community,” said Senator Robach, who represents the 56th district. “I was happy to secure a state grant so that the YMCA of Greater Rochester was able to renovate existing infrastructure, allowing campers of all ages to be more active through sports, games, and fun competition in a safe, state-of-the-art location.” Senator Robach has been a longtime friend of the YMCA of Greater Rochester, actively supporting the Northwest branch, the association’s childcare programs, and renovations at the Maplewood branch. He was instrumental in the establishment and building of Camp Northpoint. In 2010 Senator Robach was the recipient of the YMCA Red Triangle Award, which is the highest honor the association bestows upon a volunteer. Camp Northpoint opened in 2005 with the program barn as well as a swim center, climbing tower, pavilions, and sports fields. A splash park and a third pavilion were added in 2007. Camper numbers have grown from 300 in the first year to 3,000 in summer 2018. In addition to day camp, Northpoint is home to youth and adult sports and fitness, as well as speed and agility training — activities that are now shielded from the weather on a better playing surface. “The unique experiences and healthy environment at Camp Northpoint help instill positive values and build self-esteem in each child we serve,” said George M. Romell, President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Rochester. “Enduring values like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility are essential to personal growth and are an integral

Hometown Heroes brick dedication in Churchville The last summer concert co-sponsored by the Village of Churchville and the Town of Riga included a special Dedication Ceremony of Hometown Heroes bricks in walkway, near the gazebo. The Community Memorial Park, including the brick walkway began in 2008 as a joint effort of the Village, the Town, the Churchville Lions Club and the Boy Scouts of America. When Harvey C. Noone American Legion Post #954 met with community leaders to begin planning events to honor the 100th Anniversary of the death of PVT Harvey C. Noone in France during the final days of WWI, Mayor Nancy Steedman suggested that the Post buy a brick in Harvey’s honor. This idea was presented to the membership of the Legion and the Auxiliary and they loved the idea. The Legion purchased a brick in honor of Harvey C. Noone along with three others honoring “Our Veterans, Our Hometown Heroes,” “American Legion Post # 954” and “All Deceased Legion Members.” The Auxiliary purchased a brick for Mary C. Noone, the mother of Harvey, and the benefactress of the Post Home, along with eleven other bricks honoring each of the Gold Star Mothers who lost sons while serving our nation. The popularity of her idea was reported to the Mayor and it was decided that a Dedication Ceremony be held in conjunction with a summer concert. As planning proceeded, it was suggested that the bricks be grouped together. Since members of the military are often referred to as Hometown Heroes and since the Town and the Village had already purchased four banners, placed in each of the four corners in Churchville honoring Harvey C. Noone as a Hometown Hero, placing the bricks near the Town of Riga bench was the logical choice. Enthusiasm for the project grew further and individual members placed orders to purchase a brick to honor, or in memory of a loved one who served or someone with a history of supporting our troops. At the August 15 Dedication Ceremony, the names of all those being honored and the inscriptions on bricks honoring groups of individuals were read by Post Commander Gilbert Budd and Auxiliary Sec-

Moore retary Pamela Moore. A total of 28 bricks were dedicated. But, the story does not end there because there are now orders for additional bricks which will be added soon. Since this is an ongoing Lions project, all anyone who wants to add a brick to the Hometown Heroes section, or elsewhere on the walkway, needs to do is go online, stop by the Village or Town Hall, or stop by the Community Memorial Park and get an application from the box located at the end of the brick walkway. There you can also pick up a map that lists, in alphabetical order, all those for whom there are bricks installed. Situated right next to the gazebo and Black Creek, the walk of bricks is interspersed with benches and it is the perfect place to visit, or stop along a walk through the village, and reflect upon the lives of all those who have contributed so much to our community in a wide variety of ways. On September 29, the Harvey C. Noone Post is sponsoring a Hometown Heroes Tribute Dinner. September 29, 2018 marks exactly the 100th anniversary of the death of Harvey C. Noone. By virtue of his death, Mary E. Noone, his mother, became a Gold Star Mother. At her death, some 30 years later, Mary left money to the Churchville American Legion to build a Post Home in honor of Harvey. The last Sunday in September has been designated Gold Star Mothers Day. Coincidentally, this year it falls on September 30. So, in addition, the dinner is also in honor of her, along with all those who have lost their lives serving our nation, as well as their Gold Star Mothers. The combined sacrifices of these men and their mothers, makes them Hometown Heroes and worthy of tribute. The dinner will be held at the Historic Johnson House, which was operating during the time that Harvey and his family were living in Churchville. Since this is a dinner honoring Hometown Heroes, it is open to the public and tickets will be available at the Village Hall, Town Hall and American Legion. Submitted by Harvey C. Noone Legion

Hilton-Parma Senior Center presents Mystery Tour day trip
Another example of the absurdity of the far left is to attempt to argue that a city that decides to break and/or ignore our country’s laws by protecting and harboring illegal aliens - somehow makes that city safer. The communities are not safer - the only ones safer in sanctuary cities are the illegal (criminal) aliens.

next meal,” said Julia Tedesco, Foodlink’s President & CEO. “Providing nourishment to kids when they no longer have access to school meals gives them a greater opportunity to succeed in the classroom and in our community.” Last year, the campaign collected 305,073 pounds of food, which helped fill more than 60,000 bags. Wegmans hopes to exceed that 300,000-pound mark once again. Nearly 50,000 children in Foodlink’s 10-county service area are considered food insecure, meaning they live in a household that lacks consistent access to enough healthy food. Wegmans shoppers will see signs for the 2018 Fill the Bus campaign at local, participating stores, with suggested items to purchase and donate. Pre-packaged bags of food ranging from $3 to $10 are also available at checkout. For more information about Fill the Bus and/or the BackPack Program, visit www. foodlinkny.org. Provided information
Festival will be Hoppin’ at Genesee Country Museum Do you like a good hop? Join in the hop harvesting celebration on Labor Day, September 3, during Genesee Country Village & Museum’s Hop Harvest Festival featuring live music, craft brew tasting and tours of a working 19th-century brewery. Visitors can hop into a sack for an oldfashioned sack race, make hop-scented sweet bags and discover how hops were used, not only in brewing beer, but in dyeing, as medicine and in making beer bread. Live music in the 19th-cetury Village Square includes Flint Hill Folk (11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.), Mount Pleasant String Band (2 to 4 p.m.) and the Niagara Regional Police Pipe Band as they stroll around the village (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.). A variety of local craft beers will be available for tasting, along with the museum’s own Fat Ox and Intrepid Ale, and guests will enjoy hop-inspired foods made in historic kitchens as well as other hop-inspired snacks. This year the museum is offering free shuttle bus rides with two pick-up and two drop-off times. The bus departs from Radio Social, 20 Carlson Road, Rochester, at 10:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. and leaves the museum at 3 and 4:30 p.m. Reservations, available on line, are required. All Labor Day weekend, September 1 through 3, the museum will offer free admission to residents in five neighborhoods surrounding the museum: Mumford, Cale-

This offering is to acknowledge museum neighbors and to thank them for their support and the Hop Harvest Festival is included in this Neighbor’s Free weekend. To receive free admission, neighbors need only present a driver’s license or a utility bill with the applicable zip code. The zip codes included are: 14414, 14423, 14482, 14511 and 14546. General admission is $22 adults, $19 seniors and college students, $14 youth 4-17 and free to children 3 and younger. Visit www.gcv.org for more information. Provided information and photo

For many students in our region, the school cafeteria is their most reliable source of food. On weekends and during school breaks, however, healthy meals can be few and far between. As the school year approaches, Wegmans shoppers can play a vital role in ensuring thousands of students across the region are well fed, so they can be well read. The annual Fill the Bus campaign, a food drive to benefit Foodlink’s BackPack Program, is officially underway at all Rochester-area Wegmans and will run through September 4. The BackPack Program provides bags of nutritious, kid-friendly foods every Friday to children who are at risk of food insecurity. Approximately 3,000 children at more than 80 schools benefit from this program in Foodlink’s 10-county service area. “Too many children in the Rochester region leave school on Friday afternoon without knowing when they’ll eat their

Last week, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced $125 million in Quality Improvement grant awards to community health centers across the United States, its territories and the District of Columbia. Oak Orchard Health – with locations in Brockport, Albion, Lyndonville, Warsaw and Hornell – was one of the centers receiving these funds, which are provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Oak Orchard was recognized and awarded for their high quality work in the following categories: electronic health record reporting, clinical quality improvement, advancing health information technology and achieving Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition. HRSA’s Quality Improvement grant awards recognize improvements in community health centers that help expand access to comprehensive care delivered in a cost-
effective way. “Quality, value-based care is a priority of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and HRSA-funded health centers serve as leaders in quality healthcare in the US,” said HRSA Administrator George Sigounas, MS, PhD. Mary Ann Pettibon, CEO of Oak Orchard Health noted, “What fantastic news to hear while we are in the middle of celebrating National Health Center Week! The King of Lake Ontario by T.R. Hendrick It’s that time of year again here in Western New York when His Excellency the King Salmon, formally known as the chinook salmon, moves in from the bowels of Lake Ontario to play with average anglers. These silver torpedoes spend most of their summer out in the middle of our Great Lake where only the fully geared and tricked out anglers can produce them consistently and, judging by the fantastic year these boats are having out deep, it should be a record breaking fall for the anglers on the piers and tributaries. Come about the time the Bills complete training camp at St. John Fisher, the kings start their migration from the deep to the tributaries where they were stocked. Then by the end of August it is “game on” for any angler who wants to take them on. Kings spawn in the fall, with peak activity occurring from mid-October to mid-November. Although some spawning does occur near river mouths, most spawning takes place in upstream sections of rivers or streams. Adult salmon build nests called “redds” in the stream bottom. The redds are dug by the female in areas of moving water, such as near riffles or at the tail end of pools. The female moves gravel and small rocks with vigorous sweeps of her tail until a depression has been created. The eggs are then deposited and quickly fertilized. Salmon protect their eggs by burying them in gravel. After spawning, the female moves upstream a short distance and digs into the gravel, freeing it so it will drift downstream and cover the eggs. Buried under layers of gravel, the salmon embryos develop slowly and hatch in late winter or early spring. After hatching, young salmon move downstream into Lake Ontario. King salmon can exceed 100 pounds on the Pacific coast. Here in New York state, the record fish is a 47 pounder caught in Lake Ontario. Salmon have a limited distribution in New York state and are only found in Lakes Erie and Ontario. Non-natives of New York state, chinooks were first stocked into the Great Lakes in 1873. Although they were sporadically stocked throughout the years, it was not until about 20 years ago that they became abundant. At that time, New York State aggressively stocked kings into Lakes Erie and Ontario to provide a sport fishery. Using the tremendous population of alewives at that time as a food source, chinooks thrived and produced a spectacular fishery. Since there is not enough suitable spawning and nursery area to naturally produce enough fish, most of the salmon caught in New York state’s Great Lakes are now hatchery-reared. While adult king salmon spend most of their time in deeper, open water, they will follow prey fish into near shore areas in early spring, late summer or early fall. Sexually mature chinooks stage around the mouths of streams in the fall in preparation for making their spawning runs. September normally marks the arrival of the earliest run of fish into lake tributaries, and peak runs occur in October. Spawning is completed by early November and the adult salmon die shortly thereafter. Once in the rivers, kings may be taken using a variety of angling techniques. Salmon egg sacs, flashy spoons, or deep diving plugs are effective in the lower river portions; while egg sacs and other egg imitations, including artificial flies, are good in faster upstream water areas. Major Lake Ontario tributaries having kings runs include the Salmon River, Oswego River, Genesee River, Oak Orchard Creek and Eighteen Mile Creek. Local Charter Captain Jeremy Sage points out, “The first sign that chinooks are beginning their migration to spawn is the color of their skin; it darkens through to a green olive color and eventually will be a dark brown once they are at the dams up the river. When fishing tight to shore run J-plugs and stick baits. These baits dive only 3 to 5 feet, allowing you to run them by themselves, or flat lined off the side of your boat. These are wobbly baits that usually glow or are chrome in color and have a pretty erratic side-

Mike Erdt of Williamsville, NY with a beautiful Lake Ontario king salmon taken this summer. Whether it be kings on Lake Ontario or walleyes on Lake Erie, Mike takes advantage of the record fish producing year both of these great fisheries are having in 2018. Provided photo. to-side action which spawning salmon can’t resist. Don’t be afraid to change things up: speed, lure colors, direction of your troll.” Jeremy goes on to say, “Come September you can find these salmon right outside the piers and breakwalls of your nearby tributaries. Once the kings make it in to shallow water you can go out there in any kind of boat that is safe for the conditions and catch yourself a 20 lb. plus fish. “Planer boards can help spread your lines. I deploy them, 30 to 75 feet, and attach an inline planer board. Oftentimes fish will hold in one area for a few hours. It is very important to turn back and go right back through where you just caught a fish. “Boat speed is very important based on what lures you have in the water. Typically, I keep my lures running at 2.4 to 2.8 mph down speed. That speed is taken off a temperature/speed device that I run off of my downriggers. It is very important to make sure your lures are running at the correct speed where the fish are, versus how fast your boat is moving. Sometimes these two variables differ big time, making this the most important tool that I own, other than my boat.” Thanks again to Jeremy for passing on his hard-earned tips. If you don’t have a boat and want to tangle with the king, contact Jeremy at JD Custom Charters (jdscustomcharters.com), Jeremy Sage’s Facebook page, or by phone at 585-734-8930. If ever there was a year to try this big game fishing this is it; so, get off the couch and go wrestle a king.
