The individual water displays are connected visually and provide a stimulating and interesting place to play for children and a tranquil and meditative environment for adults. The waterplay areas are easy for children to access and there are many areas for adults and the elderly to rest and enjoy the flow and jet effects of the water.

COASTLINE POOLS
The views from this pool are stunning; sitting poolside you can look down the Newcastle coastline and watch the waves come in. This pool was constructed on the side of a cliff and was fully formed above the ground as to be level with the 2nd floor of the house. The pool was extensively piered due to the high slip zone of the site. The pool was constructed with the amazing views in mind, and the internal seating and bench seats were located to take full advantage of views and entertaining areas.

BLUE HAVEN POOLS
The build was difficult, with many obstructions to overcome. Easement, underground detention tank, pipes running all through the yard, drains and slope... this site had it all! We installed an outdoor shower in a ‘cut-out’ to hide the stormwater drain. The beach area and steps were designed around the pipes and the underground detention tank that limited the pool depth in that area. This created a design challenge that we met with a clever innovative solution.

With only a skinny section of backyard adjacent to the main alfresco area, there were only a couple of pool designs in our range to suit the requirement. Our client wanted a pool they could use for exercise that would also suit the needs of their two young kids. Importantly, they wanted a statement piece that would complement their home and that they could look out on from all backyard-facing windows. This pool meets the brief on every account, makes a statement and is a perfect fit.

Making use of this sloping block, the raised spa with the overflow effect of the pod is a standout feature that makes the pool and spa seem combined. The space is well-designed with large areas for relaxing or entertaining. No better place to be than in your own private oasis!

Through the use of a series of outdoor rooms on separate levels, the slope of the site was disguised and utilised to the advantage of the client. The separate areas and levels were linked with generous steps and large level entry/exit areas to create an easy flow throughout the site. The separate levels also create vistas throughout the garden, offering places to sit and relax, regardless of the time of day or the weather.

The cinema-style lighting draws your eye to the custom curved stairs, while the coloured laminars look as though they are dancing on the water. All the LED strip and spike lights show off the beautiful plants and gardens. And the best part is, it’s all controlled with the touch of a button!
