This documentary — featuring unseen footage and contributions from Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Martin Scorsese, Peter Fonda and Terry Gilliam — chronicles the story of the film’s creation. 10:00 GREAT PERFORMANCES: THE BEATLES’ MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR — Released in 1967, Magical Mystery Tour was a mostly improvised and loosely plotted script based around a surreal dreamlike bus trip to an unknown destination.
