Gay & Lesbian Pride Month ETA Television celebrates Gay & Lesbian Pride Month with an array of historical and biographical films. The centerpiece of the programming is the American Experience documentary film Stonewall Uprising, which explores a catalytic event in the gay rights movement in the United States. Independent film Two Spirits spotlights a hate crime and explores the spiritual nature of gender; and Love Free or Die follows the struggles and triumphs of Gene Robinson, the first openly gay elected bishop. The Grove recounts the creation of the National AIDS Memorial in San Francisco; and By His Own Design profiles the life and work of late California artist Emile Norman.
