KNXSERVER has been refitted and now provides – among a noticeable performance boost – the new OPTIMA interface for creation of design-oriented visualizations.
Der bestehende Wizard zum Import der Funktionen aus ETS wurde erweitert und ermöglicht es nun, eine vollständige Visualisierung in wenigen Schritten und minimalem Arbeitsaufwand zu erstellen. Den importierten KNX Funktionen werden bedienbare Touch-Symbole (z.B. Lichttaster, Temperaturregler, Dimmer, Jalousiensteuerung uvm.) zugeordnet, welche dann in die grafische Oberfläche (nach Wahl Standard oder OPTIMA) eingepasst werden.
The wizard for importing KNX functions from ETS has been improved and finally allows the creation of the whole visualization within a few steps, with minimal effort. The imported KNX functions are associated to operable touch symbols (like light switch, thermostat, dimmer, shutter control and many more), which can be integrated in the user interface (standard or OPTIMA).

The starting point for your KNX supervision system based on DIVUS KNXCONTROL is your ETS project. Your ETS database already contains all the information that DIVUS KNXCONTROL needs to operate with your system.
The export: conversion of the ETS project data
Zusammen mit DIVUS KNXCONTROL erhalten Sie die Software „ETS to KNXCONTROL“, welche auf dem PC, der Ihre ETS-Datenbank enthält, installiert werden muss.
Together with DIVUS KNXCONTROL you will receive a tool called “ETS to KNXCONTROL” which has to be installed on the PC with the ETS database.
Hiermit können Sie Ihre Datenbank und Ihr Projekt auswählen und über einen Klick in eine Datei exportieren, welche von DIVUS KNXCONTROL weiterverarbeitet werden kann.
Using this program you can select your ETS database and the contained project and export it into a single file, which afterwards can be imported in DIVUS KNXCONTROL.

Im Konfigurationsmenü von KNXSERVER / KNXSUPERIO finden Sie einen Wizard, welcher Sie bei der Erstellung der Visualisierung von A-Z begleitet. Einfach die eben erstellte “ETS to KNXCONTROL“ - Datei auswählen und die Anweisungen am Bildschirm befolgen . Bereits nach kurzer Zeit kann so eine anspruchsvolle und sofort funktionsfähige Visualisierung mit den wichtigsten Funktionalitäten der Anlage realisiert werden.
Das Resultat: Visualisierung nach Wunsch!
Nach dem Import und der Konfiguration der KNX Funktionen erlaubt Ihnen der Wizard, die grafische Oberfläche zu erstellen. Während sich bei KNXSUPERIO mit der OPTIMA-Oberfläche neue Möglichkeiten auftun, können Sie bei KNXSERVER frei entscheiden, in welchem Look sich Ihre Visualisierung präsentieren soll. Des weiteren kann der Wizard auch genutzt werden, um Ihre Visualisierung mit Zusatzfunktionen wie Logiken, Szenarien und Ereignissen zu versehen oder um fertige Templates aus den Bereichen Multimedia, Wetter und Internet einzubinden.

In the configuration menu of KNXSERVER / KNXSUPERIO you can find a wizard which will help you configuring the whole visualization. Simply select the file exported before and follow the onscreen instructions; in a few moments you can create a high-quality and immediately working visualization with the most important functionalities of the system.
The result: visualization on demand!
After the import and configuration of your KNX functions the wizard gives you the possibility to define the graphical interface. While KNXSUPERIO brings you the potentialities of the new OPTIMA interface, KNXSERVER lets you decide about the look of the visualization. Furthermore, the wizard can be used to integrate additional functions like logics, scenarios and events into your visualization or to use preconfigured templates from sectors like multimedia, weather preview or internet.
