In collaboration with FOX Architects, the project management firm, and the customer, WGS was able to stay within the tenant improvement budget and create a pleasant and productive working environment for the customer. Leveraging existing furniture in good condition and liquidation services, the budget was able to be utilized in the most frugal and successful fashion.
