Online registration is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day at www.wheelingparkdistrict.com. An account with a valid email address and password is required to access the system. Create your account online. NOTE: By default, newlycreated household accounts will appear as Out-ofDistrict until proof of address is verified. To verify that you reside within the boundaries of the Wheeling Park District, bring one of the following items with you to the Community Recreation Center Guest Service Desk at 100 Community Blvd.

Mail completed registration form and payment. 100 Community Boulevard, Wheeling If you have registered for Wheeling Park District programs, memberships or facility rentals, you can access your verified account with the email linked to your household. If you have NEVER registered for a Wheeling Park District program before or are new to the area, you will not have a verified account and can create a new account online.
Government issued ID or driver’s license Utility bill for the household such as gas, electric, water or waste removal. (Phone, television and Internet service are not accepted.) Lease or mortgage statement with your name on it.
IN-DISTRICT/RESIDENCY
In-District is defined as anyone who lives within the Wheeling Park District boundaries. Not all Wheeling mailing addresses are located within the Wheeling Park District and not all residents have a Wheeling address. It is possible to have an address in Prospect Heights, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect or Buffalo Grove and be a resident of the Wheeling Park District.
IN-DISTRICT/ RESIDENT RATES FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT 21 & 23 STUDENTS
The Wheeling Park District grants InDistrict Rates for children enrolled as students in Community Consolidated School District 21 and School District 23 for qualifying youth programs.. Proof of enrollment can include a registration confirmation or report card.
MILITARY PERSONNEL
The Wheeling Park District grants active military personnel In-District status for daily admission rates. Military ID is required at the time of payment.
