ocated in an early twentieth century Art Nouveau building, Obicà Cusani offers a new catering formula that takes up the legacy of Obicà Mozzarella Bar: a brand that has always focused on the genuineness of Italian products. The new Milanese restaurant has thus succeeded in bringing the tradition, simplicity and purity of high quality Italian products into an environment that speaks of the future. The queen of the menu is the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Dairy products also include Stracciatella and Burrata Pugliesi and Ricotta di Bufala to be tasted with Small Plates of cold meats, vegetables and hot dishes. An absolute novelty is the Obicà Pizza.
