The restaurant opened by chef Enrico Bartolini at the end of May 2021 inside the Hotel Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze has its own old-fashioned futurist “soul”. Skillfully led since October of the same year by resident chef Michele Cobuzzi, the restaurant expresses elegance, comfort and design: a style that counterbalances a cuisine that makes “Milaneseness” its strong point. In “Anima”, seven

tables open only in the evenings

(also to outsiders), the chef proposes two gourmet courses: “Intensity” (150 euro) and “My certainties” (125 euro). The wine list offers a selection of Italian and foreign labels carefully chosen by sommelier Giacomo Morlacchi.

Advertorial Particolare Milano,

bistrot with garden

In the choice of name, the Particolare Milano restaurant reveals its identity: a Milanese location in the Porta Romana area that aims to be a welcoming point for those who want to go out but feel at home, who want a cocktail but perhaps also dinner, who come for an after-work aperitif and find themselves in a garden hidden away in the city. The atmosphere is “particular”, with colour combinations, furnishings studied down to the smallest detail and little references to the last century. A place designed for the city of Milan, which also offers a well-kept and intimate doubleoutdoorspace, where one can enjoy the cuisine both in summer and winter. Leading the kitchen brigade is chef AndreaCutillo, who shares a passion for catering with maître and sommelier LucaBeretta. Their cuisine can be described as traditionalMediterranean, with a creative and contemporarytwist.

Obicà, not only

Mozzarella and Pizza

Where in Milan can you enjoy the best Mozzarelle di Bufala Campana DOP, pizza and traditional Italian dishes in a cosy and convivial atmosphere? Obicà Duomo (at the Food Hall on the 7th floor of Rinascente), and the new Obicà Cusani in the Brera district, offer a selection of seasonal dishes made with the best Italian ingredients, divided into six types: Mozzarella Bar, Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Main Courses and Desserts. The New Obicà Menu for autumn/winter is not just a list of gastronomic proposals suited for the season, but the result of almost 20 years of work in the name of quality. Among the tastiest dishes we can mention the PotatoFlan with Mortadella IGP, Sicilian pistachios

and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP fondue, Pizza with Porcini Mushrooms, Pumpkin, Buffalo Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP flakes, PotatoGnocchi with Camembert di Bufala Fondue, Gorgonzola, Caramelised Pears and Walnuts. Finally, one of the most iconic dishes of the Mediterranean melting pot, the SardinianFregola: squid, baby octopus, organic tomato sauce and croutons to complete a dish that promises to be unforgettable.
