Hash Kitchen, which has locations in Chandler, Peoria, Phoenix, and Scottsdale, offers a mimosa flight ($16) that is as colorful and bright as it is bubbly. It features four mini versions of the bubbly brunch beverage in your choice of several flavors, including mango, guava, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, watermelon, and traditional orange. www.hashkitchen.com
2 WHISKEY FLIGHTS
B&B Cocktail Lounge in Scottsdale has two dozen scotches, bourbons, and whiskies available in 2 oz. pours ($18-$350) on its regular drink menu. Beyond this, there are 11 distinct tasting flights ($22-$51), some with three 2 oz. pours from a single producer like Four Roses or Maker’s Mark, and others with three pours of a particular type like ryes or those finished in a specialty barrel, and others with coveted or house-selected expressions. www.bourbonandbones.com

Cooper’s Hawk, which has locations in Chandler, Scottsdale, and Surprise, is a combination restaurant, wine tasting space, and wine shop offering both its own labels of wine, as well as favorites from around the world. In addition to traditional tastings, those in the restaurant can choose from five unique flights while dining ($18.99-$22.99). 4 TEQUILA AND MEZCAL FLIGHTS
Both Mission locations in Scottsdale offer a variety of tequila and mezcal flights. On the tequila side, there are six flights ($32-$265), with each featuring four pours. Of course there are flights for each of the main styles of tequila—blanco, reposado, and añejo—but there are also three specialty flights featuring ultrapremium and coveted expressions. The Mexicano in the Paradise Valley area has a frozen margarita flight ($18). It features a rotating selection of four mini frozen margaritas, with its original frozen margarita made using Corazon Blanco, Cointreau, and lime always in the rotation.
