Hibiki Sazerac
INGREDIENTS
Hibiki Japanese Harmony, Sugar Syrup, Mirin, Absinthe, Angostura, Peychauds

A delicate and well-balancedblend that is both subtle and complex, crafted with more than ten malt and grain whiskies to create a harmony of flavours and aromas.
METHOD
Build all ingredients in glass.Stir before zesting grapefruit over the top.

Haku Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
Haku Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Espresso
Sticky rice | Cream | Cardamom
A super smooth spirit thanks to filtration through bamboo charcoal, this vodka is made with 100% Japanese white rice. Named after the Japanese word for 'white' or 'brilliant', it is soft, rounded and seriously mouth-filling.
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain Into a chilled glass and garnish.

Perhaps one of the most popular cocktails in the world, Haku Vodkais a perfect match for the Espresso Martini. Derived from Japanese white rice and filtered through bamboo charcoal, Haku is smooth and subtle, pairing perfectly with the rich flavour of espresso and sweetness of the coffee liqueur. Roku Gin & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
Roku Gin, Tonic Water
Cherry | Green tea | Orange zest
