2. Attend Kickoff Day

Candidates invited into WhiteHat office for the Kickoff Day of our accelerator programme

Opportunity to learn more about apprenticeships, get careers advice & interview coaching, and meet our team

Fun morning (approx 3h) with 8-15 prospective apprentices  Online & offline games  Interview practice  Group exercise – team work, initiative, communication skills  Video Profile

Ongoing Support  Every apprentice has a specialist with industry experience to train them on their chosen qualification  Coach visits workplace every month and delivers training and case studies in person and via online content and assignments  E-portfolio system to record and track progress towards learning objectives  Training is delivered for 12+ months. Access to best-in-class content, including podcasts, TED talks, e-learning modules and other resources, to help develop future leaders
