Your home’s exterior is the first thing a buyer sees which is why curb appeal is so important. Check to see if there has been any wind damage such as loose shingles, does the fence need a fix, gutters cleared, walkways clear of debris? How does the front door look? Clear the deck off and keep minimal furniture with a potted plant for aesthetics, likewise, a good power washing is always recommended.
