REAL ESTATE TEAM MESSAGE FROM EDITH KATRONIS Things seem to be picking up and are right on schedule for our upcoming spring market. At any given time, our team carries 25+ listings which give us an excellent perspective on the market’s most current trends. In February, we have noticed an increase of activity across the board from our website traffic, to open houses, and home sales. Our website visitor activity has definitely picked up, showing a nearly 40% increase in traffic over January’s stats. We have been hosting an average of 4 to 10 open houses each weekend, and we are seeing an increased number of visitors at each one. Despite the snow, 2 of our recent open houses had 25 groups of visitors, which is above any numbers we saw in January. Along with the open houses, the number of scheduled showings has also picked up resulting in some good offers coming in. We have noticed February’s increase in activity has been focused mainly on our listings ranging from 300 thousand-dollar condos to 1.2 milliondollar homes. This February we received 9 offers, and have sold 7 homes; it may be cold outside but our real estate market is heating up just in time for spring.
