STEWART EDMONDSON
FEATURED ARTIST
24th June to 26th July
Stewart is a contemporary landscape artist who is renowned for his paintings of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, and more recently the spectacular North Cornwall coast. Working ‘en plein air’ throughout the seasons and in all weathers, he allows the physical effect of rain and wind to contribute to the surface details of his works.
This new collection of watercolour and mixed media paintings are inspired by the landscape around the Cornish village of Polzeath and along the North Cornwall coastline. The exhibition also includes a series of works painted in and around North Cornwall’s bluebell woods in the spring of 2023.
