Challenge Cbeeso was a wardrobe product company selling portable wardrobes in Flipkart & Amazon. They wanted to create an innovative range of space-saving products and sell it through own e-commerce website. Scaling a business from a single product line to a brand with a range of products need a strong strategy and positioning. We gave an uplift for the business with a new name 'Comfold' with the tagline 'Comfort. Unfold.'
Result Comfold became an innovative space-saving brand with wall beds, expandable tables and a wide range of innovative and portable products. By creating an experiential store, online customers can also experience the brand in an actual premise like IKEA.

Challenge ‘ThinkTap’ was a happiness board game company for school students. They wanted to scale to a new level catering to all age groups with multiple programs. The name & the communications weren’t communicating what they really do. And the new target audience got broader; 4-90 age group was a real challenge to build brand communications.
Result Renaming to Happiitude gave the brand to stand on its purpose and communicate it from the name. Happiitude got a new positioning through the strategy and it became easy and reachable to its audience. Challenge Foscher is launching in India introducing some global footwear brands. The No.1 Malayalam newspaper brand approached us to create a promotional campaign for it's weekly to promote the new QR code feature in the magazine.
Challenge Manorama Weekly was a leading magazine for young adults for years since its inception. With the new technological advantages, the readership went down and entertainment got replaced with social media and videos. With integrated QR code in novels and poems, now the readers can listen to their favourite stories. This is a time saving also trendy concept that has to be promoted among the new and old audience.
Result We created a print & outdoor launch campaign with a QR code that leads to a landing page with the campaign creatives, and a lucky draw among those who entered it. Challenge Rotana Motors is a division of Rotana Group of companies. The challenge was to identify the touchpoints that could align the group in a stable position and for that, we need to create a unique brand identity. We created the identity with ‘R’, a theme of three stripes is evident from the look, making the logo more sophisticated in every angle. The logo is recognizable from its structure as it reckons the two letters, R and M. And we created collaterals around modern design that gives a fresh look and difference in the market.

Rock Renee is an e-commerce fashion brand from Spain introducing trend-setting clothing for women. The brand promises to be a provider of transformational clothing that eases women’s transition from one environment to another.
Challenge Working on European fashion and experimenting with an innovative style was the major challenge for us. We introduced the trend-defining brand into the European market as an icon for young, inspiring women. The cruelty-free clothing flaunts brand values such as fluidity in clothing that is meaningful and empowering and pushes boundaries. We designed a logo that complements this brand identity. The logo is bold, edgy, clean and gives a balanced look of masculinity and femininity. After careful research insights, we positioned the brand to empower women through fashion.

The challenge is there is no similar brand experience in the market. We created the brand name from the concept of Tassel – that comes from clothing & fashion. As the brand is about Arabic fashion and the market is UK Arabs, we made a fusion concept of modern+tradition to address the audience and position it as a classy and elegant brand. Challenge Bubble Tea is a famous beverage from Taiwan. The Taiwanese founder wanted to introduce Bubble Tea into a different market like Iraq and spread it across the Middle East. Challenge Working with a brand with the legacy of a century is quite challenging. It has generations of trust and brand recognition, and we have to seriously take care of its major audience - the older people. But still, it has to be appealing to the younger generation. With a proper strategic focus, refreshing the visual appearance appealing to the new age audience, we gave a step ahead feeling to the total brand.

The global On-demand transportation app company wanted to reach more into the local public and increase its demand in Kerala cities - Kochi & Trivandrum.
Challenge Uber faced a different challenge from the cities of Kerala from the local taxi driver unions. Also, they wanted to reach out to more people like elders, women etc. We launched a vernacular campaign in the regional language Malayalam with daily life situation with the different target audience. With funny and creative illustrations, this got into the public mind very quick. The campaign released 30+ billboards across the city and it was a great success.
Result Uber got about 15-20% increase in app downloads and the brand became more familiar and friendly to its new audience

The Finance publication from the house of Malayala Manorama needed a launch campaign to relaunch its new look to the public.
Challenge We had to create a local campaign focused on a low-to-medium level audience who buy the magazine for their financial planning. We created a simple and very direct messaging through real testimonials that Sambadyam got from their past readers. We made it simple yet beautiful with advertisement craft and art.
Result The campaign got the attention of the public. People also appreciated the creativity. The magazine got a good result after the launch from the market.

The brand needed a social outlook with fresh identity. Being the brainchild of a Non-profit organisation, Karimadom needs to be focused as a brand to serve a certain group of people which is in fact challenging.
