THE FASHION HOUSE In order to achieve the goal of creating a link between the past and the future. And to create a porosity, we created an open space on the ground level which will be used as a passage as well. The boulevard is characterized by the commercial activities of textile trading and tailoring, which inspired us to choose a fashion house as a modern theme that is related to the identity of the place and the area.

THE D.S.O PARK
DUBAI, 2015 The goal here is to divide the space into Three main categories; the outer side that is closer to the roads is meant to be occupied by adults accompanying their children, the center is a play area and the back (last space) is for the people who workout and jog. This way the children would be surrounded from all sides away from the risky roads.
THE ‘ONE FAÇADE’ HOUSES
In a plot that is located on the side of local road, with one open elevation only. The need to have ventilation and natural lighting increases. By creating an outdoor private space in the back of the plot we can ensure the maximum light penetration and air ventilation. • GROUND FLOOR

Having one elevation in the front with the shortest length (5m) and a plot that is 20m deep, the –born by default-open space inside the plot is proposed to be in the center, which gives access of light to three sides/three spaces (the wet areas, the corridor that is not less than 14m Long and the living room.
ELEVATION DESIGN, DUBAI, 2017-18 The form of the villa takes an “L” shape, as an elevation design the concept follows the same shape in the (void and filled architectural vocabulary of the facade).
My participation in this elevation design was turning the senior architect’s sketch into a proportional drawing using Auto-Cad, then 3D modelling & rendering.
INTERIOR DESIGN - RESIDENTIAL Based on the choice of sofa made by the client, I had to provide him with a concept layout matching his choice with what I found suitable as a set.
The second living room was also designed as per the choice of sofa done by the client and his family. A contrast of colors was the main principal here as the sofa was a dark burgundy.

My task in this project here was of a project management nature, mostly the joinery & furniture items from design to delivery. Coordinating with the workshop/carpenters, explaining the scope in detail, arranging for the materials & samples for the consultant’s approval.
RENOVATION OF INTERIORS Renovating the interior of the wooden house decoration office was for the purpose of reflecting the variety of the services provided by the company, that's not only classic but also contemporary and modern designs..

Having a backyard of 200 M2 is a plus point in every residential villa, where you can create your own park or leisure space for all the family members. Dividing the space into three main activities ; a play ground , a sitting area & a swimming pool would insure that all the backyard would be used by all the family at the same time. Visually as well it has a positive impact by providing pleasant views.
CONCEPT MOODBOARD A primary concept to be given to any client is the start of any interior design & decoration project. A reference 3D image is selected as an example of the “look n’ feel” of what we are proposing along with a color palette, material samples & a 2D layout showing how the functions of the space are set.

Having a small area of creativity where you blend the principals of volumetric design along with a variety of materials and textures is always considered as a chance to let loose to the imagination and be as creative as possible.
