Grandma There’s light in life, but mine was off forever. I only could see darkness. The scent of my grandma’s love sizzled away. More than twenty miles up into the clouds… black, gray darkness. In my mind There were big, bumpy thoughts. The sky looked like a blackboard with my grandma up there… somewhere. There’s light and life and mine was off. Written by Annie


She Was the One She was the one who kept me warm The one who helped me when I was down She was the one who got me through things I couldn’t get through alone. She was the one who had a relationship with me that no one else could. The one who sang to me when I needed it most.
