WELCOME
WIFLE is the acronym for Women in Federal Law Enforcement, Inc. and WIFLE Foundation, Inc. These two organizations work in tandem supporting our members and with the sponsorship of our partners.
WIFLE levels are:
-Regular level for active duty or retired sworn officers
-Associate level for civilians and support staff
-Students in a criminal justice program
-Organization group membership
-Lifetime membership
-Supporting membership
Each level has its own fee and criteria for eligibility. Applications are examined against eligibility and payment before approval is given.

Mentoring Networking
WIFLE provides you access to the Mentor Directory with the contact details of mentors in the field of law enforcement. You directly arrange for assistance with the mentor.
WIFLE provides you access to the Member Directory with the contact details of other members. You can email members directly from their directory display.
Jobs/Retirement
WIFLE publishes some jobs and provides retirement information on a recurring basis.

Log in with your email and password. If you do not have a password, click the "Forgot password" link for a temporary password. Click "Change password" to make it something else.

2. Click on your name. It is a link to your profile. You can edit, delete, add information, and control your privacy here. When your information changes, return to your profile to update it. Your membership card is also in your record.
Email another Member
Use the drop-down link under the Members Only tab and click on Directory. Input the individual's name into the search field. When her profile appears, click the button link "Send Message." Fill out the email form and click the button "Send." 1.

Access the Member Directory. Use the simple or advanced search. 1. You can search for first and last name, organization, email, phone, position title, city, state, GS level, and more.

Click on a name to bring up their member profile.

The WIFLE Foundation, Inc. is the education and training arm for WIFLE. Training, awards and scholarships are provided by the Foundation. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible under IRS 501(c)(3).
