Meet your Prométour Tour Director at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. Have a bite to eat a local Parisian Bistro (Not Included). See the view from the top of L’Arc de Triomphe & visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Stroll on the Champs-Elysées. Transfer to Lisses and meet your Host Family. Dinner and night accommodation with your Host Family.
Day 3 : LISSES / PARIS / LISSES • • • • • •
Breakfast with your Host Family before taking the RER to Paris to meet your Prométour Tour Director. See the main sites of Paris on a bus tour. Enter the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral - Walk through the Crypte Archéologique. Explore Ile de la Cité & Ile St. Louis. Visit Sainte Chapelle and stop at the Conciergerie on Quai de l’Horloge, the one time prison of the extravagant Marie Antoinette. Return to your Host Family for dinner and night accommodation.
Day 4 : VERSAILLES / PARIS / LISSES • • • • •
Breakfast with your Host Family before meeting your Prometour Tour Director. Depart for Versailles by RER - Visit the opulent Grand Apartments, the renown Galerie des Glaces and Royal Bedroom. Return to Paris and discover Philippe Auguste's Louvre. See the Galleries' masterpieces, such as the breathtaking Mona Lisa. Explore the Marais Quartier, including Place des Vosges . Return to your Host Family for dinner and night accommodation.
Day 5 : LISSES / PARIS / LISSES • • • • • •
Breakfast with your Host Family before taking the RER to Paris to meet your Prométour Tour Director. See the tomb of Napoleon at Les Invalides. Visit the magnificent Musée Rodin - Take a picture with the very famous sculpture “The Thinker”. Visit the beautiful Opera Garnier, which inspired the “Phantom of the Opera”. Head to Montmartre, the "Butte", as it is known locally - Enter Sacré Coeur Basilica and visit the Dome and the Crypt. Return to your Host Family for dinner and night accommodation.
Day 6 : LISSES / PARIS / LISSES • • • • • •
Breakfast with your Host Family. Enjoy some last minute shopping time on “Les Grands boulevards” Emerge from the metro at the Trocadero station Walk through the Trocadero Square on your way to Paris best known monument: the world-famous Eiffel Tower! Board a glass-topped bateau-mouche to enjoy a refreshing guided cruise. Return to your Host Family for the farewell dinner and night accommodation.
