you might think that cake is a strange name for a custom bedding and drapery program but to us it’s the perfect metaphor for our approach to the creative process. that’s because we think designing is a lot like baking. both require a good recipe, fresh ingredients in the right proportion, creativity, and a bit of luck. nothing brings people together like food. and, if you’re like us, it’s fun to create new dishes and to share your recipes. so we’d like you to think of cake as your recipe guide for create custom design. upholstered headboards our custom headboard program offers twin, full, queen and king sizes with height options of 56” and 64”. build your headboard with your choice of 300 wildcat territory fabrics or send us your fabric for the ultimate in custom headboard design. choose from one of our five standard headboard profiles. mix with your choice of 3 panel treatments. add a detail look with nailheads or piping. if your design calls for something different, we’ll be glad to give you a complete custom quote for your project. our five profile shapes are hand-crafted in north carolina. all headboards come in a standard muslin wrap. pre-drilled holes are optional, please be sure to specify. nailhead trim is available in 4 colors: nickel, antique brass, old brass, and pewter. we’ve created a worksheet to help make ordering a cake headboard a breeze! use this when creating your headboard to make ordering easy. contact us for more!
