DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY Day packages and group bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative date. All treatments over 2 hours will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and/or credit/debit card details to secure the booking. Cancellations in excess of 72 hours will be permitted to transfer their deposit payment to an alternative date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged at 50%. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the cost of the treatments less any monies already paid. Arriving late for your appointment means that your treatment may have to be cut short or cancelled, as we cannot overrun for our next client. SAFETY & SUITABILITY For safety reasons the facilities can only be used by guests over the age of 14 years. An adult must accompany guests under the age of 16 years of age. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or diagnosed with any medical condition please contact our therapists in advance to discuss the suitability of Spa use and Treatments.
