The 10 silliest things ever said by politicians Comedians would probably not exist without politicians, whose speeches have always been full of wisdom. Here is our rating of the 10 most stupid things ever said by politicians all over the world. 1. “Queen Elizabeth Taylor.” – Thai Prime Minister Banharn Silpa-archa, referring to the Queen of England.
Bill Laffey
2
2. “In Iran, we don’t have homosexuals, like in your country.” – Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, referring to the USA while addressing Columbia University. 3. “I would never approach a smallbreasted woman.” – President Clinton, denying that he had sexually harassed Kathleen Willey.
B
4. “Life has become better, life has become more fun!” Josef Stalin. The irony of this phrase is that he said it at the peak of mass repressions organized by him at the end of 1930s.
Jackie from Perfect Cutz

C
5. “I am not a communist and neither is the revolutionary movement.” – Fidel Castro. But he also said: “I am a Marxist-Leninist and I will be one until the last day of my life.” 6. “Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we.” – Washington, D.C., August 5, 2004 – George W. Bush. 7. “This is a great day for France!” – President Richard Nixon at French President Charles de Gaulle’s funeral.
John Lynch

8. “I’ve now been in 57 states – I think one left to go.” – Barack Obama at a campaign event in Beaverton, Oregon. 9. “We are not without accomplishment. We have managed to distribute poverty equally.” – Nguen Co Thatch, Vietnamese Foreign Minister. 10. Senator John McCain in his presidential run: “I was in Germany over the weekend and President Putin of Germany gave one of the old Cold War speeches as he addressed the conference there.”

A guy walked into the local welfare office To pick up his check. He marched straight up to the counter and said, ‘Hi. You know, I just HATE drawing welfare. I’d really rather have a job.’ The social worker behind the counter said, ‘Your timing is excellent. We just got a job opening from a very wealthy old man who wants a chauffeur and bodyguard for his beautiful daughter. You’ll have to drive around in his 2010 Mercedes CL, and he will supply all of your clothes. Because of the long hours, meals will be provided. You’ll also be expected to escort the daughter on her overseas holiday trips.
Kathy
This is rather awkward to say, but you will also have as part of your job assignment to satisfy her urges as she is in her mid-20’s and has a rather wild side. A two-bedroom loft type apartment with plasma TV, stereo, bar, etc. Located above the garage will be designated for your sole use and the salary is $200,000 a year.’ The guy, just plain wide-eyed, said, ‘You’re bullcrappin’ me!’ The social worker said, ‘Yeah, well, you started it.

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team’s bench. After the game, he asked her how she liked it.. “Oh, I really liked it,” she replied, “especially the tight pants and all the big muscles, but I just couldn’t understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents.”
Sound crew 60’s night @ convention center
Dumbfounded, her boyfriend asked, “What do you mean?” “Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it and then for the rest of the game, all they kept screaming was... ‘Get the quarterback! Get the quarterback!’ I’m like...Helloooooo? It’s only 25 cents!!!!” Jerry & Eileen 60’s night @ convention center WildwoodMag.com | 13

an architect. “I come from a very creative family. I’m happiest when I’m being creative.” Her advice to new and upcoming female chefs: “Get into a restaurant. Make sure you are okay with the hours and everything that is involved. Above all, don’t let them see you sweat.” Joanna Nix, owner of Nikko Japanese Restaurant, is the self-proclaimed “Sushi
Mama” of Charlotte. Customers go to her restaurant in search of sushi therapy, where she creates special dishes for them. The success of her restaurant is built on the philosophy of making everyone who walks through the door feel special. Joanna came to the United States from Korea, where she worked in her parents’ sushi restaurant.

Although she wanted to become a comedian, she needed to work when she got here. However, no one would hire her into the male-dominated domain of sushi. She finally talked an employer into letting her work for him without pay. After just one week he was so impressed with her talent that he started paying her.

14 ways to keep a healthy level of insanity
Joe & Marianne @ Fox Park
1. At lunch time, sit in your parked car with sunglasses on and point a hair dryer at passing cars. See if they slow down. 2. Page yourself over the intercom. Don’t disguise your voice. 3. Every time someone asks you to do something, ask if they want that fries with that. 4. Put decaf in the coffee maker for 3 weeks. Once everyone has gotten over their caffeine addictions, switch to espresso. 5. In the memo field of all your checks, write “For Sex.” 6. Skip down the hall rather than walk and see how many looks you get. 7. With a serious face, order a “diet water” whenever you go out to eat. 8. Specify that your drive-through order is “To Go.” 9. Sing along at the opera. 10. Five days in advance, tell your friends you can’t come to their party because you have a headache. 11. When the money comes out of the ATM, scream, “I won! I won!” 12. When leaving the zoo, start running towards the parking lot, yelling, “Run for your lives! They’re loose!” 13.Tell your children over dinner, “Due to the economy, we’re going to have to let one of you go.” And the final way to keep a healthy level of insanity: 14. PICK UP A BOX OF CONDOMS AT THE PHARMACY, GO TO THE COUNTER AND ASK WHERE THE FITTING ROOM IS.

Health Tips from Dr. Einstein Q: DOCTOR EINSTEIN, I’ve heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true? A: Vel, you know I’m not a real doctor, but I’m old and I know things. Like e=mc² whatever the hell that means, something about exercising being relative or it could mean energy = martini and 2 Coors. I do know our heart only good for so many beats, and that’s it . . . don’t waste on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it’s like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Drink martini’s and take long nap.
AND REMEMBER . . .
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming “WOO-HOO, what a ride!!”

Where’s Rodney Dangerfield when you need him???? The economy is so bad that:
I got a pre-declined credit card in the mail. I ordered a burger at McDonald’s and the kid behind the counter asked, “Can you afford fries with that?” CEO’s are now playing miniature golf. McDonald’s is selling the 1/4 ouncer. Parents in Beverly Hills fired their nannies and learned their children’s names. A truckload of Americans was caught sneaking into Mexico. Dick Cheney took his stockbroker hunting. Motel Six won’t leave the light on anymore. The Mafia is laying off judges. Exxon-Mobil laid off 25 Congressmen. Congress says they are looking into this Bernard Madoff scandal. Oh Great!! The guy who made $50 Billion disappear is being investigated by the people who made $1.5 Trillion disappear! And, finally.... I was so depressed last night thinking about the economy, wars, jobs, my savings, Social Security, retirement funds, etc., I called the Suicide Lifeline. I got a call center in Pakistan , and when I told them I was suicidal, they got all excited, and asked if I could drive a truck!

Hey everyone...this is Buttercup. She’s a very pretty 2 year old pitbull mix waiting patiently for someone to rescue her. When she first meets people she can be a little shy and anxious but once she warms up she does take comfort from human contact.
Brutus is a very large American Bulldog boy who is 5 years old and weighs in at 85lbs. He is very sweet and confident in himself but isn’t overbearing. He does have some manners but has a tendency to jump up on people when excited but will drop down when told to.
Hi, my name is Garth and I’m a lonesome 5 year old pitbull who weighs about 60lbs. I’ve been sitting in the kennel now for almost 5 months waiting for someone to give me a second chance.
Hey everyone, my name is Winky and I’m a really lovable, sweet guy. I love being around people and I can’t get enough attention and affection. One of my favorite past times is going for walks. I really enjoy being outside in the fresh air where I can take in all of the sights and sounds as I walk down the street with my owner.
Another of our “Charlie’s Angels” kittens, this little female is a bundle of fun and energy. She’s constantly climbing the shelves in her cage, or batting one of her siblings in an attempt to engage in a bit of a romp.
Lottie will make you laugh - guaranteed! As soon as you approach her cage, she greets you with a friendly, high-picthed meow and promptly rolls over on her back and waves her paws at you.
McGraw is a perfect name for this older, buff and white male. He’s big, friendly, but a bit independent. If you’re looking for a cat who will sit and enjoy a good ear rub, but who then is perfectly happy to go off by himself to sit in the sun, then stop by and see McGraw.
Poor Streetz ... given her name, you’d expect a gal with some moxie, but this poor little girl is actually a bit on the shy side. She was surrendered by her previous owner, and is so confused to find herself at the Shelter.
All pets at this shelter are up-to-date on shots and will be altered and micro-chipped upon adoption and before leaving this facility. As part of our adoption process, we must have proof of residency, homeowners must show proof of ownership, landlord approval is required for renters before an adoption can be approved, a renter’s policy that states you are allowed to have a dog or cat on the premises will be required. Adoption Fees vary.
