Affirm your COMMITMENT beneath the sun-dappled canopy of old growth maple trees. Celebrate true LOVE while dancing with your sweetheart under the vaulted ceiling of a century old barn. Practice the art of WHIMSY with a walk through a field of wild flowers. Be REFRESHED with a dip in spring-fed waters. SHARE your favorite story or song gathered around the glow of a fading campfire. HISTORIC GAMBREL BARN LOFT

The heart of Willapa Hills Farm is our historic gambrel barn. Capacity is 175 seated at tables. Twenty-two 60" round tables and 175 chairs are provided. Additionally, six 6' rectangular tables are available for caterer use. Ample power is provided around the perimeter of the barn for food service use or AV equipment. A chair stair lift at the north entrance provides enhanced access. In inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception can take place in the barn.

Willapa Hills Farm has two primary outside event sites and a number of more informal ctivity areas. Access and usability varies by location, season and weather conditions. Make sure to consider the time of year when picking event or activity sites.

MAPLE GROVE EVENT SITE

The Maple Grove Event Site is located under oldgrowth maple trees and is wrapped in a semi-circle of vine maples and wild roses. You may arrange seating in a variety of configurations depending on weather and number of guests.


RIVERSIDE EVENT SITE

WEST PASTURE The Riverside Event Site is the second of our outdoor Event Sites. Located on the banks of the Chehalis River, this intimate space works well for ceremonies as well as for end of day campfires - conditions permitting. The West Pasture is our most remote activity area, but worth the effort for those who seek a unique natural setting for activities, gatherings or photographs.

RENTAL INFO RENTAL RATES The fastest way to receive current rental rates is via our Wedding & Event Inquiry Form which can be found via the following link: http://willapahillsfarm.com/portfolio/celebrate-thatspecial-occasion-with-friends-family/ RENTAL PERIOD The daily rental period is 8:00 AM entry for setup and as late as 10:00 PM for activities and 11:00 for concluding clean-up. RESERVE YOUR EVENT DATE We require a completed rental contract and a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. DISCOUNTS Please see sidebar for discount details. Discounts are subject to change without notice. Certain conditions apply. The Early Deposit and Early Pay Discounts may not be combined. WHAT'S INCLUDED 1) Round 60" tables and folding chairs for the barn and ceremony site (up to 175 participants). 2) Two private bride and groom rooms provide quiet space away from the festivities. 3) Outside game areas with a variety of classic lawn and field games. 4) Use of the moveable fire pit and a variety of other river, pasture and woodland settings for pictures and activities. Varies by season & weather.

5) Refrigeration and freezer space to store food, beverages and ice during your event. 6) An onsite event host for the duration of your event. 7) An invitation to celebrate your 25th Anniversary in Willapa Hills Farm!

To Schedule & Reserve Your Event: 1. Review and sign your customized proposal. 2. Pay your deposit online or via phone (the balance is due 6 months prior to event date). At Least 30 Days Prior to Your Event: 1. Purchase a banquet permit. 2. Secure event insurance. 3. Make sure your alcohol servers have the appropriate MAST permit. 4. Send in your damage deposit. THE NITTY GRITTY Q&A Q: How do I reserve my rental date? A: Complete and return a rental contract with deposit and your date will be reserved. Q: Do you require event insurance? A: Yes we do. You may source it independently or you can use the provided link to secure a policy: https://www.wedsafe.com/Pages/home.aspx Q: Do you allow alcohol at events? A: Yes, with some restrictions outlined in the contract. Most importantly, you will need a banquet permit and servers must have a valid Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Permit (Class 12). WILLAPA HILLS FARM - PAGE 7

Q: May we use outside caterers/vendors? A: We provide a list of recommended vendors, but you are always free to choose your own. Q: Does a working farm mean that you have animals? A: Oh yes, with all the wonderful sights, sounds and smells that go with them! Depending on the season, you may see horses, cows, new calves, chickens, goats and who know what else. (I hear rumors of a llama or two!)

We regularly get inquiries about the capacity of Willapa Hills Farm. As important as our capacity, is the anticipated attendance of those invited. In reviewing articles on multiple wedding blogs there seems to be general agreement on the relationship between invitees and final attendees. It is important to note that each event has a number of unique variables that impact final attendance.

Common factors that increase or decrease attendance: - Smaller weddings have higher overall participation percentages. - Local guests attend at a higher rate than out of town guests. - Destination weddings have lower participation rates. EVENT HOST Each event is assigned an Event Host who will be available to answer questions as you prepare for your event. Your host will follow up with you after you complete a pre-event questionnaire one month prior to your event. The questionnaire walks you through all the last minute details that will help ensure that Willapa Hills Farm provides a unique experience tailored especially for you! C’MON DOWN TO THE FARM!
