Prompting proposed land use maps based and as existing conditions map. After establishing the marine ecotourism matrix and through environment analysis, six activities have been chosen for Design Guildline of Marine Ecotourism marine ecotourism projects. They are sea canoeing, watching, walking, boating, boat building and surfing. Six selected activities are planned in the marine ecotourism area and some activities are accumulated in one spot for focus development thus causing low disturbance on the environment. Those spots are designed just beside urbanized area and the place has low dense of mangrove. And, the walking trails connects the ecotourism spots lead to some dense mangrove forest, beautiful and rich natural landscape and sometimes are just off the protection area. The walking trail aims to provide tourists variety of coastal landscape experience where they can both enjoy the wonderful nature of Eleuthera but also the versatile Eleutheran’s community life. Boating travel line and canoeing travel line are seperated according to their disturbance on the environment. Sea canoeing will be close to some mangrove biogroup and coral reef area while boating just away from where most plants and animals ecosystem. Boating line is addressed at the open area to allow for fast speed driving and sea bird watching. Fishing is now allowed on the boat and the survellance will be arranged in the marine ecotourism area.

Food landscape in school requires minimum maintenance and energy input. It can provide sufficient nutrition and prevent pests itself by taking advantage of nearby species. The whole ecosystem is key to success of food landscape.

基础资料与现状分析 区位现状 景区位于山东威海乳山市大乳山腹地,区域位置优越,陆海空交 通便捷。地处山东胶东“黄金经济圈”的中心地带,是山东环海旅游 线上的一个亮点,也是中国四大旅游板块,北部环渤海“金项链”无 障碍旅游圈的重要组成部分。处于优秀旅游城市青岛、烟台、威海交 汇处,相当于同时拥有三大港口、三大飞机场,三地驾车均在1小时左 右。该地区东临朝鲜半岛,南濒黄海,与日本列岛隔海相望。其中威 海距离韩国首尔飞行距离仅450公里,时间约为45分钟,威海成山角 至韩国仁川的直线距离仅为93海里,青岛至日本福冈的直线距离也仅 为945公里。济威铁路、青威高速公路、309国道横贯全市连 接景区。

根据调查,大乳山风景 名胜区的自然景观资源 主要以地景和水景为 主,其中一级资源一 处,为乳山口湾;二 级资源7处,分别为: 海火海光、玫瑰湾、潮 汐、东小青岛、西乳 山、大乳山、险岛; 三级资源15处,分别 为:葫芦岛湾、天福 湾、大圈海湾、老雕 石、竹岛、琵琶岛、垛 山、乳岛子、天福山、 小乳山、芦台顶、葛山 岭、黄岛山、浦岛、险 岛山;四级资源2处, 分别为:取脚石和葫芦 山。

乳山风景区性质定位及建设目标 大乳山风景名胜区属于海滨山岳型,以独特的海滨沙滩、优美的山形为特征,以多处各具特色的海湾和大、小乳山为主 景,结合当地“渔家”风情,以保护、恢复当地生态环境为主,兼顾观光、休闲、度假的省级风景名胜区。 景点景区规划 分区原则: 保护保育;过境道路分隔;海滨地区自北向南 开发强度减小;山海地形 景点设置原则: 有效利用现开发旅游区 人工景点集中分布,减小环境破坏 去除不符合人文景观

分类保育规划 考虑到现状的资源开发情况和风景区以滨海资 源为主的性质定位划定五大区块:发展控制 区,风景游赏区,风景恢复区,自然景观缓冲 区和自然景观保护区。

分级保护规划 一级保护区为大乳山、小乳山、西乳山等山体和东小 青岛。可以安置必需的步行游赏道路和相关设施,严 禁建设与风景无关的设施,不得安排住宿床位。安置 少量的机动车道,除园区电瓶车外,其他机动交通不 得入内。根据生态容量严格控制游人容量。 二级保护区,除去一、三级的保护区之外的所有地 域,所占面积最大。可以安置园区主干道和其他游 道。适当建设游客服务设施如餐饮、住宿等。控制游 客容量。 三级保护区,可分为游客服务区和居民区,可建设 完善的基础设施和游客服务设施;机动交通可入内, 建立便捷的内外交通系统。
