As cities continue to grow and populations expand, the construction of elevated bridges has become a pivotal measure to improve urban trafÞc ßow.
However, the construction of elevated bridges also comes with some potential hazards. Elevated bridges may sever urban communities, leading to a weakening of social connections and constraining residents' sense of space.
VIADUCT SYSTEM IN TIANJIN
Due to the complex trafÞc on the road it crosses, many parts become elevated bridges ISSUE
Lackofsafety: The bridge is too closed and lacks light, which keeps women and children away from the area.
Disrupt Connectivity: The area around the bridge is cut off by the wall it was built with, disrupting connectivity on one side.
Functionally Disused: With no clear designated purpose, as a neglected space, everyone wants to utilize this area.
Xintai Viaduct
It's too dark; I don't want to walk here.
FROM CHAOS TO AN EQUAL AND SAFE PLAYING SPACE
STRATEGIES
Public Sports Area: The Þrst node upon entering from the north offers a variety of activities to engage in.
Skateboarding Area: Skateboarding enthusiasts bring vibrancy and attraction to the site.
Lounge Area: A small store and ample seating may entice passersby to enter from both sides of the viaduct.
The Relaxation Oasis : The quiet part, where citizens can take a brief break from city.
MASTERPLAN
Under-bridge activity nodes, basketball court, and triangular seating area.
After the introduction of a water puriÞcation system, including natural methods such as plant Þltration and ecological wetlands, the water quality along the park embankment is ensured, completing the sequence as people progressively approach the river from the city.

In a forgotten small French village, we decided to do something in the forest to draw attention to ourselves. We asked it to be respectful of the environment, time, and memory...We found two trees that had been toppled by the wind; their roots contorted and their trunks vanished. Some plants and insects had formed their own ecology within the roots.
So, we cleared the vegetation between them to highlight the two counting trees. And we transformed them. One of them emphasized its state of decay by adding more branches; the other made it more vibrant by adding moss and inserting wildßowers.
Gently transforming nature, setting them apart from true nature, that is our goal. Time will breathe new life into this phoenix

The internship for mapping traditional Chinese architecture that we conducted in the summer of 2020. My task was to make a comprehensive plan of the North Sea Yi Fangshan Park. After three days of on-site sketches and over 20 days of sketching and reÞning, we began the machine drawing. This internship experience enhanced my CAD skills, as well as my ability to envision space, perceive it, and observe intricate details.
